Why should you choose an extra virgin olive oil Toscano IGP?
Simple,
The additional certification “Toscano IGP” certifies that:
- The olives were cultivated, harvested and pressed in Tuscany,
- The olives are harvested before completing the ripening process, essential for preserving a higher content of antioxidants, and allowing to maintain a very low level of acidity,
- Each tin must come with a seal and a serial number for 100% transparent traceability,
- The extra virgin olive oil is first chemically analyzed and then tasted by a panel of expert tasters before it will be given the “Toscano IGP” certification.
If you have not already ordered your new EVOO for this year, we’d love to hear from you!
Best,
Deb and Massi
