🇮🇹 Piano piano il mosaico si compone, eccovi altre due imperdibili uscite nei 4 Elementi:

Che Max sia un appassionato di speleologia già lo sapete. Per farvi conoscere il misterioso mondo delle grotte naturali, Sabato 25 vi proponiamo questa interessante escursione sotto le Grigne. Andremo alla scoperta della stupenda Val Meria e di una delle tante cavità ipogee situata tra le sue rocce calcaree. Se siete avventurosi e volete scoprire cosa si cela nel buio del mondo sotterraneo, non potete proprio mancare!

Il 2 Febbraio vi proponiamo una camminata sulle acque, niente di miracoloso per ca**tà, ma sarà emozionante attraversare il "mare" di neve che ricopre il Lago Palù e perdersi nei sentieri e negli alpeggi imbiancati che lo contornano. Percorsi semplici e sicuri in un'atmosfera che sembra rubata ad altre latitudini.

🇬🇧 Little by little the mosaic is coming together, here are two more unmissable outings in the 4 Elements:

You already know that Max is a speleology enthusiast. To introduce you to the mysterious world of natural caves, on Saturday 25th we propose this interesting excursion under the Grigne. We will go to discover the beautiful Val Meria and one of the many hypogee cavities located among its limestone rocks. If you are adventurous and want to discover what lies in the darkness of the underground world, you really can't miss it!

On February 2nd we propose a walk on the waters, nothing miraculous of course, but it will be exciting to cross the "sea" of snow that covers Lake Palù and get lost in the trails and whitewashed pastures that surround it. Simple and safe routes in an atmosphere that seems stolen from other latitudes.

🇮🇹 Sabato 18🌍 si torna nella Bergamasca!

Max ci guiderà lungo l'emozionante anello della Costiera dell'Albenza, la lunga dorsale di monti che dalla pianura bergamasca sale a ridosso del Resegone, dividendo la Valle Imagna dalla Val San Martino.
Dalla Roncola al mitico passo di Valcava, ammireremo panorami mozzafiato e sentiremo l'adrenalina salire mentre percorreremo la cresta che ci conduce alla croce del Monte Linzone!

Max will guide us along the exciting ring of the Albenza Coast, the long ridge of mountains that from the Bergamo plain rises close to the Resegone, dividing the Imagna Valley from the Val San Martino.

🇮🇹 Freddo fa freddo, ma non deve essere una scusa per stare sempre chiusi in casa!
Eccovi qualche motivo in più per mettere il naso di fuori:
- Sabato 25💧 ci immergiamo nella fiabesca Val di Campo con una ciaspolata che ci porterà ad ammirare il suggestivo Lago Saoseo innevato. Un'esperienza indimenticabile tra la natura incontaminata della Svizzera.
- Domenica 26🌪 godremo di panorami mozzafiato sul Lago di Como e il Monte Legnone dal Sasso di Musso, in un'escursione adatta a tutti per ammirare la bellezza del paesaggio invernale che si riflette nel lago.
- Sabato 1 Febbraio🌍 un trekking storico-religioso alla scoperta del suggestivo Santuario di San Romerio, un luogo ricco di storia e spiritualità immerso in un contesto naturale unico.

🇮🇹 Come forse qualcuno di voi già sa, 2 dei nostri 4 elementi hanno frequentato il corso apposito e sono diventati 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄 del Parco delle Orobie Valtellinesi.
Grazie a questa qualifica, Max e Pietro potranno partecipare da protagonisti nelle tante iniziative che il Parco organizza nel proprio territorio.
In attesa di potervi accompagnare sui sentieri con il calendario "estivo", vi terremo aggiornati sulle varie iniziative promosse dal Parco, tra le quali vi segnaliamo i bellissimi MERCOLEDI' DEL PARCO, serate a tema a cui è possibile partecipare in presenza nella bellissima sede di Albosaggia(SO), ma anche comodamente da casa, seguendo lo streaming sul canale Youtube (www.youtube.com/).

🇬🇧 As some of you may already know, 2 of our 4 members have attended the specific course and have become Guides of the Orobie Valtellinesi Park.
Thanks to this qualification, Max and Pietro will be able to participate as protagonists in the many initiatives that the Park organizes in its territory.
While waiting to be able to accompany you on the paths with the "summer" calendar, we will keep you updated on the many initiatives promoted by the Park, among which we point out the beautiful WEDNESDAYS OF THE PARK, themed evenings that you can participate in person at the beautiful headquarters of Albosaggia (SO), but also comfortably from home, following the streaming on the Youtube channel (www.youtube.com/).
In January, 3 interesting meetings are planned where we will talk about glaciers, mountain pastures and ibex.

🇮🇹 Eccoci qui con la prima escursione del 2025!

Semplice e con kilometraggio e dislivello contenuti, ma dall'alto valore panoramico come spesso accade quando ci si aggira nei pressi del Lago di Como.

Un buon metodo per rimettere benzina nelle gambe e smaltire gli ultimi residui dei bagordi di fine anno, un bel giro ad anello che siamo sicuri non vi deluderà!

Simple and with limited mileage and altitude difference, but with a high panoramic value as often happens when you wander around Lake Como.

A good way to put gas back in your legs and work off the last remnants of the end-of-year revelry, a nice loop that we are sure will not disappoint you!

🇮🇹 E' in arrivo un weekend carico di emozioni da condividere con voi!

Doppio appuntamento Sabato 14, dove Max vi accompagnerà all'ombra dello Zuccone Campelli in un fantastico viaggio tra i Piani di Bobbio e quelli di Artavaggio, sul panoramico crinale tra Valsassina e Val Brembana🌍

Pietro vi mostrerà invece un altro angolo della sua Valtellina, portandovi nel bellissimo circo glaciale dell'Alpe Visogno guardato a vista da tre curiosi gendarmi di granito, i Tre Cornini, e dal Bivacco Bottani Cornaggia, meta finale di questa bella escursione🔥

Domenica 15 ancora Valtellina, ancora il versante solivo delle Alpi Retiche, partendo dalla Riserva Naturale delle Piramidi di Postalesio per arrivare al piccolo e ghiacciato Lago di Colina e, se le condizioni lo consentono, qualche metro più in su per toccare la vetta del Sasso Bianco🌪

Double appointment Saturday 14th, where Max will accompany you in the shade of Zuccone Campelli on a fantastic journey between Piani di Bobbio and Piani di Artavaggio, on the panoramic ridge between Valsassina and Val Brembana🌍

Pietro will instead show you another corner of his Valtellina, taking you to the beautiful glacial cirque of Alpe Visogno watched over by three curious granite gendarmes, the Tre Cornini, and from the Bivacco Bottani Cornaggia, the final destination of this beautiful excursion🔥

Sunday 15th still Valtellina, still the sunny side of the Rhaetian Alps, starting from the Natural Reserve of the Pyramids of Postalesio to reach the small and frozen Lake Colina and, if conditions allow, a few meters higher to touch the summit of Sasso Bianco🌪

- Giovedì 5 per l'Elemento ARIA🌪 riproponiamo l'ostico Monte Foppa, annullato per neve ma siccome la neve non c'è più ci riproviamo
- Sabato 7 altra cima🌪 altra corsa, stavolta saliamo sul panoramicissimo Monte Bassetta partendo dal fondovalle, più precisamente da quella che fu l'ultima casa del mitico Walter Bonatti
- Domenica 8 ultimo appuntamento del 2024 col Wine&Trekking🍇, sugli assolati terrazzamenti valtellinesi per chiudere il weekend dell'Immacolata con un brindisi di-vino🍷
- Sabato 14 Elemento Fuoco🔥, si va al bivacco rosso più famoso della Bassa Valtellina, il Bottani-Cornaggia, situato nello splendido circo glaciale della Val Visogno
- Domenica 15 "venne l'ACQUA💧 che spense il fuoco", quella (ghiacciata) del piccolo Lago di Colina, dove faremo anche una veloce visita alle Piramidi di Postalesio

Si è concluso oggi il 4° corso di formazione per guide del Parco delle Orobie Valtellinesi.
32 tra Accompagnatori di Media Montagna e Guide Alpine, dopo un percorso formativo di tre giorni presso la sede del Parco, hanno conseguito il titolo di Guida Parco.
Alle nuove Guide un caldo benvenuto e un augurio di buon lavoro nel nostro magnifico territorio!!!

🇮🇹  L'arrivo della dama bianca ha stravolto i nostri programmi del weekend, ma non ci ha fatto di certo chiudere in casa..
L'occasione era ghiotta per cominciare a calpestare un po' di neve, prendere un po' di freddo e godersi quelle atmosfere che ci accompagneranno nei prossimi mesi..
I rumori ovattati, le orme dei selvatici, il piacere del tè caldo e quella spolverata bianca tutt'intorno che rende tutto un po' più magico ❄️

🇮🇹 Nuova escursione infrasettimanale in arrivo!
L'Elemento è l'ARIA, la destinazione è il Monte Alben, sulle Orobie Bergamasche al confine tra le Valli Brembana e Seriana.
Un percorso ad 8 che partendo da Cornalba ci porterà tra boschi e pascoli alla nostra meta, scenderemo poi dal lato opposto verso il Passo della Forca fermandoci per pranzo al singolare Bivacco di Gioann.
Le rocce calcaree che formano l'Alben ci consentiranno di ammirare le innumerevoli guglie e pinnacoli tipici degli ambienti carsici, la sua cresta ci offrirà qualche passaggio "divertente" senza mai impensierirci troppo, offrendoci al contempo una vista spettacolare su entrambi i lati.

🇬🇧 New midweek hike coming soon!
The element is AIR, the destination is Monte Alben, on the Orobie Bergamasche at the border between the Brembana and Seriana valleys.
An figure 8 route that starts from Cornalba and takes us through woods and pastures to our destination, we will then descend from the opposite side towards the Forca Pass stopping for lunch at the unique Bivouac of Gioann.
The limestone rocks that form the Alben will allow us to admire the countless spires and pinnacles typical of karstic environments, its crest will offer some "fun" passage without ever worrying too much, While offering us a spectacular view on both sides.

When? Monday, November 25th, do not make any commitments!

🇮🇹 Finita l'euforia per il bellissimo weekend appena trascorso, è già il momento di concentrarsi sul prossimo:
- Sabato 23 💧 vi portiamo nella Valle dei Laghi, laterale della Val Fontana il cui nome tradisce una stretta connessione con l'Elemento ACQUA! Da quella del Torrente Fontana che scorre placidamente nel rilassante Pian dei Cavalli a quella tumultuosa della valle dell'Arasè che risaliremo fino al passo al confine con la 🇨🇭, oltre ovviamente a quella dei due laghi gemelli adagiati a poca distanza l'uno dall'altro e del Lago Gelato, quasi nascosto sotto l'incombente Pizzo della Malgina
- Domenica 24 🌪 ci attende una bella ravanata per toccare la vetta del Monte Foppa, risalendone il crinale su un sentiero che non molla mai e, quasi in cima, diminuisce la pendenza ma ci presenta un conto salato in termini di rocce e sfasciumi da superare con attenzione.
Vista TOP da condividere con i camosci, data la quasi nulla probabilità di incontrare bipedi oltre a noi.

🇬🇧 After the euphoria of the beautiful weekend just passed, it's time to focus on the next:
- Saturday 23 💧 we take you to the Valle dei Laghi, side of the Val Fontana whose name betrays a close connection with the WATER element! From the Fontana Stream that flows placidly in the relaxing Pian dei Cavalli to the tumultuous Arasè valley that we will climb up to the pass on the border with 🇨🇭, In addition to the two twin lakes and the Lake Gelato, almost hidden under the looming Pizzo della Malgina
- Sunday 24 🌪 we are waiting for a nice ravanata to touch the summit of Mount Foppa, going up the ridge on a path that never gives up and, almost at the top, decreases the slope but presents us a salty account in terms of rocks and wrecks to be overcome with care.

🇮🇹 Questo pazzo pazzo tempo ci sta offrendo delle opportunità che non possiamo non cogliere!
Un autunno "primaverile" e la mancanza di neve sulle cime ci offrono la possibilità di riproporre il weekend in baita, questa volta con una bella sfida: toccare gli ometti di vetta delle 𝐜𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐝𝐢 𝐑𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝𝐚, selvagge e solitarie, capaci di offrire un panorama spettacolare ai pochi escursionisti che decidono di salirle.
Lo faremo 𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝟏𝟕, dopo aver riposato nel silenzio assoluto della baita che ci ospiterà nella giornata di 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐨 𝟏𝟔, in cui impareremo come si cucina alla piòda, ci scalderemo di fronte alla stufa o al camino e troveremo insieme il modo miglior per far passare il tempo in attesa dell'arrivo delle stelle per una breve lezione astronomica.

🇬🇧 This crazy crazy weather is offering us opportunities that we cannot miss!
A "spring-like" autumn and the lack of snow on the peaks offer us the chance to repeat the weekend in the hut, this time with a great challenge: touching the summit cairns of the 𝐑𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝𝐚 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐬, wild and solitary, capable of offering a spectacular view to the few hikers who decide to climb them.
We will do it on 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟕𝐭𝐡, after resting in the absolute silence of the cabin that will host us on 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟔𝐭𝐡, when we will learn how to cook "piòda" style, we will warm ourselves in front of the stove or fireplace and together we will find the best way to pass the time waiting for the arrival of the stars for a short astronomical lesson.

🇮🇹 Doppio appuntamento infrasettimanale con la Presolana, un anello magico che ci permetterà di ammirare "La Regina delle Orobie" in tutto il suo splendore.

Una montagna da cui è difficile levare gli occhi, un ambiente carsico fatto di guglie, pinnacoli e ghiaioni che tradiscono la matrice calcarea delle sue rocce.

Ma in questo bellissimo percorso non sarà solo la Regina ad attirare i nostri sguardi: le varie malghe disseminate sulla "Via del Latte", la Ca****la Savina e le affascinanti stalattiti e stalagmiti della Grotta Pagani che ci verranno abilmente illustrate dal nostro esperto speleologo Max.

🇬🇧 Double midweek appointment with the Presolana, a magic ring that will allow us to admire "The Queen of the Orobie" in all its splendor.

A mountain that is difficult to take your eyes off, a karst environment made of spires, pinnacles and scree that betray the limestone matrix of its rocks.

🇮🇹 Una settimana divina, o per meglio dire diVino!

Lunedì abbiamo accompagnato gli studenti di alcuni istituti superiori in un wine-trekking tra le vigne della Tenuta La Gatta, nell'ambito della 2° riuscitissima edizione della "Students Wine Trail".
Sabato 9 metteremo le scarpette e ci cimenteremo anche noi tra i filari e i sentieri della .winetrail , mitica gara che unisce sport ed enogastronomia e che vede migliaia di atleti ed appassionati sfidarsi nello stupendo scenario dei terrazzamenti valtellinesi.

E per chi non vuole andare a tutta birra, ecco il nostro consueto appuntamento col Wine&Trekking, Domenica 10, dove ripercorreremo lentamente parte dei sentieri della Wine Trail, visiteremo la cantina e degusteremo alcuni dei suoi pregiati vini insieme a succulenti prodotti tipici locali.

🇬🇧 A divine week, or rather diVino!

On Monday we accompanied the students of some high schools on a wine-trekking among the vineyards of Tenuta La Gatta, as part of the 2nd very successful edition of the "Students Wine Trail".
On Saturday 9th we will put on our shoes and try our hand among the rows and paths of the , a legendary race that combines sport and food and wine and that sees thousands of athletes challenge each other in the wonderful scenery of the Valtellina terraces.

And for those who don't want to go full speed ahead, here is our usual appointment with Wine&Trekking, Sunday 10th, where we will slowly retrace part of the paths of the Wine Trail, visit the Cantine Nera winery and taste some of its fine wines together with succulent typical local products.

🇮🇹 E' in arrivo la notte di Halloween con le sue zucche🎃 e i suoi mostri🧟‍♀️, Ognissanti con le sue processioni✝️, il giorno dei morti con i suoi ricordi, ma soprattutto 4 giorni di proposte imperdibili per perdersi nei 4 Elementi:
- Venerdì 1🌍 un bellissimo anello nella stupenda Val Grosina, impreziosita dal suo vestito autunnale
- Sabato 2💧 altro anello, nella Valle del Drogo tra il Lago del Truzzo e l'Alpe Lendine
- Domenica 3🌍 ci aspetta il viaggio nel tempo nel borgo di Sostila, in compagnia dei nostri amici di Unavitadiscatti
- Lunedì 4💧 andiamo nella bergamasca, salendo ai Laghi di Foppolo ed alla panoramicissima cima del C***o Stella

- Friday 1🌍 a beautiful ring in the beautiful Val Grosina, embellished with its autumn dress
- Saturday 2💧 another ring, in the Valley of Drogo between Lake Truzzo and the marvellous Alpe Lendine
- Sunday 3🌍 a journey through time awaits us in the village of Sostila, in the company of our friends from Unavitadiscatti
- Monday 4💧 we go to Bergamo area, going up to the Foppolo lakes and the panoramic summit of C***o Stella
