Positano / Wine tour / Pompeii

Your English speaking driver will pick you up at the port or Hotel in the morning. You will visit Positano, considered the jewel of the Amalfi Coast where you will have free time to walk around and get down to the beach, visit the amazing church of the Assumption and do some shopping in the narrow streets of the downtown through the cafès and stores of the Positano fashion.

Then we will drive you to a winery located down the Mount Vesuvius where you can enjoy a wonderful panorama of Sorrento, the island of Capri and the entire bay of Naples. In this farm born after the last eruption of the Volcano Mount Vesuvius (1944) you can taste the wine called Lacryma Christy (tears of Christ). The tour includes a tasting of 5 different wines among white, red and rosè, to finish with some spumante and a distilled of apricot that we call "digestivo". For lunch, the winery offer some specialities of the Campania region like bruschetta, provolone cheese, salame and homemade bread like appetizer, and then spaghetti with the cherry tomatoes of Mount Vesuvius and our typical easter cake called "Pastiera Napoletana" (a ricotta and wheat pie) like a dessert. The cost for the wine tasting including lunch, wine and the visit in the vineyard is 20 Euros each person.

Then in the early afternoon we will drive you to the Archeological site of Pompeii, the old town that was covered by Lava from the Catastrophic Eruption of Mount Vesuvius spanning two days in 79 A.D. and was escavated only few Centuries ago. Here you can book a licensed guide that will lead you inside the ruins for 2 hours, we can arrange a good one for you otherwise you can walk into the ruins on your own.

The tour will end at the port or Hotel in the afternoon.

We only accept cash payment in Euros at the end of the service.

The tour will not include lunch, gratuities, entrance fees for Pompeii ruins (11 Euros each person but kids under 18 years old will not pay showing a valid document) and the licensed guide in Pompeii

HALF DAY TOUR - 6 HOURS (from 8am to 2pm)

Your English speaking driver will pick you up at the Naples port at 8AM.

Today you will visit the Archeological site of Pompeii, the old town that was covered by Lava during a Catastrophic eruption of Mounth Vesuvius spanning two days in 79 A.D. and was escavated only few centuries ago. Here you will have choice to book a license guide that will lead you inside the ruins for 2 hours, we can arrange a good one on your behalf or you can walk into the ruins on your own.

The tour will continue toward Sorrento, driving through some beautiful sightseeing. Here you will have free time to walk around into the downtown, do some shopping in the little stores where you can buy your gifts and take some scenic photos overlooking the bay of Naples.

The tour with us will end at the port of Sorrento at about 2pm where you will catch a ferry going to Capri (it takes only 20 mins).

In Capri you will be on your own and you can admire some of the most authentic beauties of the world, like the Faraglioni rocks, the Blue Grotto, walking through Villa San Michele and the Piazzetta where are all the best brand stores. Then you will catch another ferry going from Capri port directly to Naples port where is docked your cruise ship (it takes about 50 mins).

We only accept cash payment in Euros.

The tour does not include lunch, gratuities, entrance fees and hydrofoil tickets.

* Entrance fee for Pompei ruins is 11 Euros each person (kids under 18 years old will not pay the entrance showing the passport)

* Hydrofoil tickets from Sorrento to Capri and from Capri to Naples cost about 35 Euros each person.

FULL DAY TOUR - 9 HOURS (from 8am to 5pm)

Your English speaking driver will pick you up at the port or Hotel in the morning at 8AM.

Today you will visit the Archeological site of Herculaneum, the towns of Sorrento and Positano on the Amalfi Coast. The first stop will be to visit the ruins of Herculaneum, the town which is located at southeast of the city of Naples. In the past Herculaneum was the medieval town of Resina built on the volcanic material left by the eruption of Vesuvius (AD 79) that destroyed the ancient city.

Here you will have time to visit the ruins of Herculaneum, where in the ancient town lived the wealthy families of Roman Empire like the Roman Senators or the rich merchants. The tour will continue to Sorrento for some sightseeing. Here you will have free time to walk around through the little stores in the downtown where you can buy your gifts and we can also recommend you a good local Restaurant to taste our typical food of the area or the best Pizza.

The tour will continue to Positano, an ancient fishing village nowadays one of the most visited place from worldwide tourists on the Amalfi Coast. Here you will have free time to explore the downtown and do some shopping through the stores of the Positano fashion before to get down to the big beach where you will have also the opportunity to visit the charming church of the Assumption.

The tour will end at the port in the afternoon at 17:00.
