Capitano Ago SRL a leading provider of unique and memorable tours in Sorrento area and we are looking for a full or part time associates. We take pride in offering exceptional boat tour experiences to our customers both private and shared and we collaborate with incoming tour operators on an international level.
As a Front Desk Customer Service Adviser, you will be the first point of contact and play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests.

Your responsibilities will include :
-Greeting and assisting customers on a daily basis
-Providing infomation about our tours and services
-Answering and communicating over the phone in both Italian and English
-Managing emails , inquiries and phone calls
-Maintaining cleanliness and organisation at the front desk area
-Co ordinating with skippers to ensure smooth operations on a daily basis
-Resolving customer Issues both face to face and over the phone

-Excellent customer service and communication skills both In Italian , English or/and Spanish
-Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
-a veru solid knowledge of the local area
-a previous experience in a similar role is a plus

In qualità di consulente dei servizi alla reception, sarai il primo punto di contatto ed avrai un ruolo cruciale nel creare un'atmosfera positiva e accogliente per tutti i nostri ospiti.

Le tue responsabilità includeranno:
- Accoglienza e assistenza quotidiana ai clienti
-Fornire informazioni sui nostri tour e servizi
-Rispondere e comunicare al telefono sia in italiano che in inglese
-Gestione email, richieste e telefonate
-Mantenimento della pulizia e dell'organizzazione nell'area della reception
-Coordinarsi con gli skipper per garantire operazioni regolari su base giornaliera
-Risoluzione dei problemi dei clienti sia faccia a faccia che telefonicamente

Per avere successo in questo ruolo, dovresti avere:
-Eccellente servizio clienti e capacità di comunicazione sia in italiano, inglese e/o spagnolo
-Forti capacità organizzative e multitasking
-una conoscenza approfondita del territorio
-una precedente esperienza in ruolo analogo è un plus
- disponibilità a lavorare in gruppo e ad acquisire nuove competenze

The weather on the Amalfi Coast, Capri and Sorrento is still quite mild in September, with the temperatures slowly cooling off 📉 but still warm enough to swim in the sea. Beach clubs, restaurants, and hotels are all open until mid-October but much less crowded, and you can pack summer clothing along with a light jacket for the late summer showers and cooler evenings ⛵️🌌
The water is perfect in September for a boat tour to Capri or along the Amalfi Coast. The water is much less crowded with boats and yachts after the high season months of July and August, so you'll have the coastal caves and coves virutually to yourself.

The best times to visit Capri are September and October. During these months, crowds are much thinner than in the summer and temperatures still hover above 60 degrees.
You can score a great deal on a hotel if you choose to visit in the fall, where you'll still be able to enjoy well-kept hiking trails to destinations like the Punta Carena Lighthouse

🇮🇹🇬🇧 Tre giorni di puro relax, in compagnia delle bellezze sconfinate della nostra costa. Dall'isola di Capri alla costiera Amalfitana, vivrete un'esperienza senza precedenti da portare nel cuore per tutta la vita.

Il primo giorno girerete l'isola di Capri, passando attraverso i Faraglioni (icone simbolo dell'isola di Capri), la tranquilla baia di Marina Piccola, la Grotta Verde, Il faro di Punta Carena, e per finire la meravigliosa Grotta Azzurra.

Secondo giorno; Costiera Amalfitana:
Navigazione verso la magnifica Amalfi con sbarco e tempo libero per scoprire il famoso Duomo di Amalfi e le vie dei mercanti. Passaggio alle isole Li Galli, fjordo di Furore e Grotta dello Smaraldo.

Si torna a bordo per continuare la visita lungo la Costiera Amalfitana per raggiungere Positano, dove potrete passeggiare in riva al mare o visitare le boutique moda mare positano. Una nuotata rigenerante in completo relax aspettando il tramonto.

First day: We will start the journey with a private pick up and transfer to the boat, where we will welcome you on board. Just enough time to settle down your suitcase and we'll sail towards Capri Island, where you will spend the first memorable day; cruise around the Island of Capri: during the circumnavigation you will visit the White Grotto,centenary stalactites are visibile, passing through the Faraglioni Rocks, iconic symbol of the island of Capri, the relaxing atmosphere of the bay of Marina Piccola, the Green Grotto, Punta Carena lighthouse, and a stop at the famous Blue Grotto. Along the journey there is time for swimming in the Mediterranean sea, for some cave discovering, snorkeling and sun tanning.

Second day: Sail towards the magnificent Amalfi Coast. Let's move up to Li Galli Island for a great swim in the clear water, an enchanting places then time to stop in Positano, free time to discover or have a spectacular lunch at a restaurant. Once back on board we will proceed alongside to Amalfi with disembark and free time to discover the towns of Amalfi and Ravello.

The day can end walking around the picturesque village of Amalfi or just chilling on the boat.

Then time to say goodbye....arrivederci! 😘
