This 7 day all inclusive hands-on course combines all things pasta: past, present and future. Participants will handcraft perfect pasta from all regions of Italy and discover the techniques to cook their creations to perfection.

This hands-on intensive program is designed for professionals and home gourmets and includes a thorough examination and tasting of genuine ingredients, pasta history and cultural travel.

Accommodations, ground transfers and all meals with wines are included.

Hands-on production of over 25 types of sausages, salumi and cured meats that can also be personalised. Only natural ingredients are used for long term conservation.

As always, this program is all inclusive from the time of arrival at the airport until departure. Accommodations in the heart of the Mediterranean, ground transfers, divine dining and cultural travel are included.
