It's Carnevale 2025!!!! 🎪🤹‍♀️🎭🤸‍♀️🤡

Saturday 1 March: 21.00 Disco night with DJ at the Big Top in Piazza Marconi.

Sunday 2 March: 10.30 King Falcett and his Court will officially open Carnevale 2025 with a children's fancy dress parade and competition. At the Big Top in Piazza Marconi.

Monday 3 March: 15.00 Carnevale children's party with games and face painting at the Big Top in Piazza Marconi.

Tuesday 4 March: 12.00 Stresa's traditional Shrove Tuesday "Pulenta e Salamitt" (polenta and sausage) at the Big Top in Piazza Marconi. Eat in or takeaway. This is always VERY popular so make sure to arrive in time!!

Tuesday 4 March: 21.00 Fancy dress dance! Time for the adults to dress up with prizes for singles, couples and groups. At the Big Top, Piazza Marconi.

There's a feeling that spring is on the way! Just a couple of weeks until the islands open and a few tables are starting to appear outside at bars and cafés, the lakefront fountain is getting spruced up and the sun is shining ☀️

The circus is back in town during February and March.

Circus performances from the Circo Peppino Medini (no animals) then Stresa Carnival in the big top! Including our traditional fancy dress competitions 🎭 and polenta and sausage for Shrove Tuesday 😋

The 2024 season has begun!! 🤩 We hope to see some of you in Stresa this summer 😀

👉 Starting this Friday, the big top will open with the first of several performances by the Circo Peppino Medini with artistes from all over the world!*

Monday 12th Feb at 14.00 / Tea dance. ☕🪗

Tuesday 13th Feb at 12.00 / Stresa's traditional "pulenta e salamitt" polenta and sausage with ragu. 😋

Tuesday 14th Feb at 15.00 at the Oratorio Rosmini / Children's Carnevale party with entertainment. 🥳

We're back with Isola Pescatori like you've never seen it before!

From today until 6th January (except Christmas Day) you can take a cruise with boatman Fulvio (+39 333 5617984) 17.00-19.30 and stop off on the island where you can also enjoy an aperitivo at Osteria della Piazzetta by the church 🥂
