Perched on a rise with an open view on all sides, the square pool is located in the centre of an area of about 500 sq m enclosed with a wooden fence reached from the house up a flight of stone steps bordered by lavender bushes. The pool, lined in PVC and with sunken steps to facilitate access to the water, measures 12 x 6 m with the depth ranging from 0,90 to 2 m. It has salt purification, internal and external lighting, an outdoor solar shower and can be heated on request. In the sunbathing area surrounding it, bounded by stone slabs and teak and then grass, are sunbeds and a shady gazebo set up with an elegant sofa, table and chairs. The swimming pool will be open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The poll could be heated on request.

The house is on two levels connected by an elegant bannisters. The main entrance leads into the sitting room with sofas, satellite TV and a thermo-fireplace communicating with the open-plan dining room and kitchen. All the rooms have direct access to the outside thanks to the many French windows; in particular, from the kitchen, you have easy access to the garden on the side where the table is set up for outdoor dining under a lovely pergola. Upstairs you come to a reading room, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and shower and a short corridor onto which open a further two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
