One of the most mysterious religious buildings in Sicily is located in the territory of Castiglione di Sicilia, surrounded by vineyard🍇 and overlooking a smoking Etna🏔.
The so-called Cuba Santa Domenica is a Byzantine chapel, possibly built between the ninth and seventh century. It is perhaps the most important Byzantine present in Sicily, a national monument since 1909.

Che splendida cartolina, quella che ci invia dalla Stazione spaziale l'astronauta giapponese Soichi Noguchi: l'Etna in tutta la sua maestosità!

In un tweet pubblicato dall'astronauta dell'Agenzia spaziale giapponese Jaxa, il "nostro" vulcano viene accomunato al monte Fuji: entrambi, si dice, sono alti 3mila metri e sono Patrimoni mondiali dell'Umanità Unesco.

The central courtyard at Tenuta Regaleali gathers together the rooms all around the great central magnolia tree, like a big hug. This tree has been the first welcome for guests for generations. At the estate, you can hike among the vineyards, take bike rides, follow a cooking class, sip a glass of wine. Or you can follow the work in the fields, or simply relax, surrounded by the welcome silence of nature, observing as it changes with the passing of the hours.

| Buongiorno da Tremestieri Etneo (CT), direttamente da casa Behncke, famoso vulcanologo dell'INGV di Catania, dalla quale si vede un'altra spettacolare fontana di lava dell' all'alba di oggi 22 dicembre. Un parossismo dietro l'altro, sembra essere tornata in gran forma.
