Rosemary is in bloom, one of the main herbs used in Tuscan cuisine! Rosemary is perfect with fish, meat, soups, sauces. One of our specialties is arista (pork) with garlic, rosemary and extra virgin olive oil!

On March 12th of this year, I was scheduled to fly to Spain with my wife, best friend, his wife, a television production crew, and 25 travel guests. We were going to lead our guests on a 10-day trek that was to start in Madrid and end in Malaga with Barcelona, Valencia, and Seville— among others.....

Happy Thanks Giving!

Dear US friends with Enzo and our cook Nadia we are planning a dinner road trip in US this coming January.
We will be on the east coast:
York ,Baltimore, washington dc, NY, Chicago, rhode Island n in Georgia.
We are organizing an Italian event in the home of our friends willing to host it. They will invite their friends and we will prepare the dinner n Italian experience description
Who is willing to help us in having a dinner in their home we will be very happy to come n have it! It can be either a seated or a buffet dinner
From 12 people up!!!
It would be a fantastic occasion to see our historical guests n their friends who might be interested in experiencing Italy!

My friends I am organizing a yoga retreat in our villa
We have some weeks available in 2018 in may, july n october or november.
Villa Castellare gas 7 bedrooms , 1 is double, 5 are twins n 1 is single, son we can sleep up to 12 people. Yoga teacher is great n I can organize breakfasts, lunches n dinners.
Yoga lessons will be from Sunday to friday, 5 hours per day.
During free time guests can either have massages, or other activities as cooking classes, wine tour, art tours , walkings, biking.... or whatever else u wish to experience.
Open to know who is interested in a may week, july or august week or october/ november week.
