Oil production over the years has been refined and the product is getting better and better. We make an oil with a blend of olives , typical of our area : Leccino, Moraiolo and Frantoio. These three qualities allow us to have a wonderful product, rich in antioxidants and polyphenols that are important for the Mediterranean diet. During the day we pick the olives and on the same day we go to the olive press. The whole family participates in the process until bottling. This annual ritual in which we participate with great pleasure has been handed down five generations.
