-1 bathroom with shower and washing machine;
-1 large balcony with garden table and chairs (25 sqm);

The price includes: initial and final cleaning, utilities, bed linen with weekly change, air conditioning, wi-fi, tv, use of washing machine, iron, ironing board, airer, crockery, cutlery, pots and use of 2 bicycles.
