This lovely house is located in the centre of the medieval village Testico from where you can enjoy the fabulous views of the mountains, the Merula valley and the Mediterranean sea. Close by you will find a small convenience store, bar, restaurant, the post office and bus station. The house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxed vacation such as:

ipped kitchen (coffee maker, fridge, gas cooker, oven)
- balcony to enjoy the views and the sun
- large bathroom with toilet, shower and whirlpool bathtub
- additional toilet on the ground floor
- one bedroom with king size bed on the upper floor with a balcony (extra bed available upon request)
- one cozy bedroom with 2 beds in the attic, extra bed for children up to 4 years of age available upon request
In total there are 3 floors, of which the top two are equipped with heaters (gas consumption incurs an additional charge). In the lower are the second bathroom, the TAVERN and the exit to the beautiful garden terrace are located there. If you would like to be active during your vacation and love nature then Testico has a lot to offer. Explore the area while hiking, mountain biking or trekking. The beaches are only 18 km away if you fancy a lazy day in the sun. Popular tourist attractions include Alassio, Sanremo, Genoa, Nice and Monaco. There are bus connections to the seaside in Andora and Alassio (ca.30min ride). Note: Car recommended. The house is not suitable for individuals with walking disabilities. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr sonnig inmitten des mittelalterlichen Ortes Testico mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die Berge und das Merulatal bis hin zum Meer. Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bar, Restaurant, Post und Bushaltestelle sind in ein paar Schritten bequem erreichbar. Das Objekt besteht aus
- Eingang zum Wohnbereich (Sat-TV) und Küche (Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Gasherd, Backofen) mit Balkon
- grossem Bad mit WC, Dusche und Whirlpool-Badewanne (Waschmaschine)
- Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett in der oberen Etage mit Balkon (zusätzliches Bett auf Anfrage möglich)
- weiteres Mansarden-Zimmer mit 2 Betten (zusàtzliches Kinderbett fùr ein Kind bis 4 Jahre auf Anfrage mòglich)
- weiteres kleines Bad
- gemütliche rustikale Taverne
Insgesamt sind es 3 Etagen, von denen die oberen beiden mit Heizung (Gasverbrauch=Extrakosten) ausgestattet sind. In der unteren Etage befindet sich das 2. Bad, die Taverne und der Ausgang zur gepflegten Gartenterrasse, die man aber auch von aussen erreichen kann (Gartenmöbel und Grill vorhanden). Die Gegend bietet viel Gelegenheiten zum Wandern, Mountainbiking, Trekking und auch zum Meer und den Stränden sind es nur ca. 18 km. Beliebte Ausflugsziele sind zum Beispiel Alassio, Sanremo, Genua, Nizza, Monaco. Hinweis: Fahrzeug empfohlen, nicht geeignet fùr gehbehinderte Personen
