This week the sun reached its southernmost point and the winter sunset takes place right in front of our vineyard behind the forest trees. From now on, the sun slowly returns north towards the northernmost sunset location on June 21.

Frosty morning, water v***r in the air, hiding the view. The vine leaves in our vineyard have already fallen, revealing the clusters of grapes that we left as food for the birds. The bean seeds we sowed in the fall have already sprouted green between the rows, nourishing and improving the soil.
