Main ingredient is the “grappa” for the first time selected to realize this innovative cocktail.

The day after Easter Sunday is called “Pasquetta” (little Easter) and is a day to relax. In fact, that is the main way to celebrate Pasquetta -pack a picnic and head for the country! Hordes of people go to the mountains, the hills, or the beach, or their own family’s country property, to enjoy a picnic or a barbecue outdoors.

At Easter, Italy is at its best. Traditions, festivals, and customs vary from region to region.
In Veneto, Easter traditions are ancient. Burying red-painted eggs in the fields is a symbol of fertility and is considered to bring a plentiful harvest.
“Fugassa” the sweet Easter bread, has very ancient origins. According to, legend, it was created by a baker from Treviso, who decided to add eggs, butter, and sugar to his bread dough and give it to his customers at Easter. The fugassa is also depicted in the mosaics of St Mark’s Basilica and was given to the family of the bride to be with the engagement ring hidden inside.
Egg too are tradition. There is a local saying “A Pasqua, trista xe la polastra che no la faza el vovo” – at Easter, the hen that does not lay the egg is sad. #
