From the iconic Trulli of Alberobello, to the white-washed streets of Ostuni, and the ancient stones of Matera, it was a joy to showcase the historical and artistic treasures of this part of Italy. ☀️🇮🇹

We enjoyed the rich tapestry of art, history, and, of course, delectable gastronomy that this charming city has to offer! During this adventure we tasted the legendary Altamura bread, a true masterpiece with its DOP status, and savor the divine taste of "dolci delle monache" pastries, crafted with love and tradition. 🥖🍰 ✨

📏È alto 12 metri l’albero di Natale inaugurato, domenica scorsa, a Ostuni, in Piazza Italia, dove resterà fino al 9 gennaio.
🎄Un albero speciale realizzato all’uncinetto da 50 nonne tra i 70 e i 95 anni.👵🏻
🧵A comporlo più di 4000 singole piastrelle di lana, che sono state poi assemblate e retro-illuminate.

👉L’iniziativa è stata voluta dal centro ricreativo per anziani IL FILO D’Arianna di Ostuni.
