The hotels were definitely all five-star.
All of the guides and car transfers took such good care of us. They were all on time and wouldn't leave us until we were passed off to the next person. For example, when we got to Pompeii, we had to wait a few minutes for our tour guide and the driver made us wait in his car until he could meet and talk to the tour guide. Another time, the same driver walked us into the restaurant in Amalfi, handled talking to the host about our reservation, etc. We felt very VIP!
There are so many times you pay for "high-end service" and it doesn't deliver, but this whole trip really did! Simona was lovely - keeping me up-to-date on changes to drivers + tour guides with phone numbers, etc. It was nice to have someone who was just a text away in our time zone. Simona always responded very quickly and sweetly - She made me feel like I was her only client during our trip. She really came through when we asked her during the trip to book us dinner reservations for the rest of our time in Italy.
Thank you so much for everything. We had just the best honeymoon - definitely memories for a lifetime - and we are already looking at where we'd like to go on our next trip to Italy!”
