Established in 1947, Aletti Giovanni & Figli is a Company that has contributed to the writing of the history of the Italian tanning sector. hese characteristics have remained unchanged in time thanks to the restless work of research and development that the Company follows with considerable investments year after year. Seriousness, reliability and transparency are a mark we have never abandoned, imposed by the founder of the Company, Giovanni Aletti who combined his great knowledge of tannery machines with the experience of his son Franco as designer, to get Aletti reality established in the immediate Post-War period. Then Marco, Ezio and Carlo Aletti, born in the factory, have developed and improved the Company and they still follow personally the designing, the manufacture and the sale of all Aletti machines and, with the help of a highly qualified staff. The result is a Family Company with matchless experience and reliability, looking to all latest developments of the technology. The production of Aletti is covering THREE MAIN FIELDS:
the well known TANNERY MACHINES production including the most complete range of machines for skins in the world (fleshing, sammying, shaving, wet buffing, setting-out, staking, buffing, dedusting, ironing and polishing machines) , advanced machines for hides and pig skins ( including fleshing, shaving, setting out, buffing, dedusting, polishing and sammying) and the complete range of buffing machines for all types of leather (our legitimate pride is to be the most ancient manufacturer of buffing machines in the world)
the TEXTILE AND NONWOVENS MACHINES production including the high tech endless band buffing machine (suitable for plain and for the exclusive pattern buffing) and a complete range of special de-dusting machines designed for all kinds of cleaning requirements
the RUBBER AND SYNTHETIC PRODUCTS MACHINES (including machines for the finishing and the calibration of PU, PVC, synthetic leather and printing blankets)
We have always devoted our efforts to the development of the processing technology, without forgetting the effective requirement of the end-users, whose main interest lay on the final product, the reliability and the easy handling of the machine. New lines of high tech machines have been developed for special fields like the technical textile, the synthetic leather industry, the printing blankets industry and the nonwovens.
