A charming and luxurious country house located only 2.8 km away from the center of Vernazza. The house comes with all the comforts: kitchen area/fully equipped, AC, Wi-Fi, and parking in front of the house. The outdoor space features a patio, BBQ, an outstanding view of the sea and lots of green. We highly suggest our guests to arrive by car. There is a bus service that runs about 4-6 times a day
depending on low/high season. The living room/kitchen area (ground floor) features a flat screen TV and leather sofa bed which can be transformed into a Full size bed (160cm x 190cm). Bedroom and bathroom are located at the top floor. The master bed features a King size mattress (180cm x 200cm). Another Smart TV (32") is set at the top floor. The kitchen area is fully equipped and stocked with pots & pans, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, plates, kitchen tools, serving dishes, and wine/champagne glasses. AC vents are installed on each floor. The house also includes a private patio with BBQ & sun beds. There is parking space in front of the house. THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The neighborhood is quiet and private. There are great sounds of nature, birds, owls and the stream. The Sanctuary of Reggio is 15 minutes away walking and we are close to the hiking trails and away from the village. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

I highly suggest guests to arrive by car since the house is located 2.8 km above the village. However, once here, you can also rely on the bus service, which runs up & down about 4-6 times a day depending on the season, in order to avoid paying the daily parking fee for tourists.
