Super Unterkunft mit herrlicher Dachterrasse im schönen Zeno-Viertel. Unbedingt empfehlenswert! Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war sehr sympathisch und extrem zuverlässig. Als wir abends ein kleines Problem mit dem Strom hatten, war das innerhalb von nur 10 (!) Minuten gelöst.

Tolles Apartment in sehr guter Lage, um die unglaublich schöne Stadt Verona erkunden zu können. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum! Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett bequem und alles sauber und einladend hergerichtet. Der Empfang durch Olinde, einen Freund von Nicola, war herzlich und unkompliziert. Er hat uns Tipps zum Einkaufen und für Restaurants gegeben. Wir sind rundherum zufrieden und können das Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Het appartement van Nicola is een heerlijke basis om Verona te ontdekken. Het appartement ligt in een rustige wijk op 10 minuten lopen van het centrum. Echter in de directe omgeving zijn diverse restaurants en een supermarkt. je kunt vlakbij ook fietsen huren via de App Verona bike. het buitenterras is heerlijk met een prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Het zit op een kwartier lopen van het treinstation.

Nicola’s apartment is a real gem – it’s perfect for two people wanting to visit Verona. The apartment is in walking distance from the old town (nice walk by the river) and has a fabulous terraces. We will definitely come back :-)

We really enjoyed staying at Nicola's. The appartment is super city-centred, around 15 mins away by foot from the train station (we arrived by train) and 7 min away from the city center (piazza Bra and everything it's worth seeing in Verona as a tourist). The check-in went out smoothly, with Olindo welcoming us in front of the appartment and then showing us how everything works inside the house. Like all the other guests, we really appreciated the fresh cold drinks in the fridge for us, that we fully enjoyed on the super terrace outside, for breakfast and dinner. The sofa is super comfy, the bed too, the CA worked properly, Nicola's house is a place to come back to. 😍

Great place to stay. About 15 minute walk right into the heart of Verona. Lovely area to stay in with lots of nice restaurants and bars away from tourist hub. Great balcony with views over Verona. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen to self cater while you are there. Supermarket 5 minute walk from apartment.

Una casa con un fascino irresistibile, in un quartiere centrale, ma lontano dalla confusione "turistica". Una cucina completamente attrezzata, un letto comodo e poi...un terrazzo dove passare tutte le sere cullati dal venticello e dal cinguettio degli uccelli. Consigliata senza se e senza ma!

we had a great stay here for 5 days when visiting Verona for the first time. the apartment was cosy and comfortable with all the amenities, it has a fantastic terrace that gets sun all day and is great for eating a home cooked meal listening to the local church bells toll. Nicola was incredibly helpful and gave us loads of advice for places to visit and eat, There's a good local shop nearby as well for groceries to cook at home. we're definitely going to stay again when we next visit. a personal recommendation is to go to 'Al Boscarel Da Elio', best food we found in the city, on a quiet little side road off the river with amazing staff!
