La Cà dal Non - Tour and tasting

La Cà dal Non means “the house of the grand father” as it was my great grand father Alfonso who started the tradition of making vinegar in my family! We produce traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, as well as saba and Balsamosaba, our special condiments made only of cooked grape juice. You can visit us for a tour of the vinegar farm and tasting of all our products by appointment. To book your tour send me a mail at [email protected]
