The apartment comprises three main rooms off a generous entrance hall, a kitchen with dining area opening to a balcony with sweeping views of the Tuscan landscape, double bedroom furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, bed side tables and large wardrobe, a lounge room furnished with one double and two single sofa lounges. There is also modern laundry and
bathroom.

The new kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and utensils, sink, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, wooden table and chairs, lots of cupboard space and a TV.

The kitchen/dining opens to the outdoor upstairs balcony with outdoor dining furniture and glimpses of the Mediterranean.

The apartment is centrally located and only a few minutes stroll to the famous Piazza dei Priori, with its festivals and markets. A few steps further is the central bus interchange
that can take you to the nearby towns of Siena and San Gimignano , the beauty and shopping of Florence or airport connections in Pisa and Rome. Cars are prohibited from entering the walled village.
