Settled on two floors, the villa accommodates up to 12 guests, with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The geographical position is definitely another notable feature: the villa is surrounded by green hills, but a 15-minute drive from Bologna, 10 minutes from the A1 motorway exit (Casalecchio) and a few minutes from the centers of Zola Predosa Reno, where to find all the services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, ATM, etc ..).
