Treatments

Sports Massage
Sports massage promotes flexibility, reduces fatigue, improves endurance, helps prevent injuries and prepares the body and mind for optimal performance. When this massage is received the body releases endorphins. When the endorphins are released it will help to decrease anxiety, provide pain relief and improve mood. Indian Head Massage
Indian Head massage is a treatment working on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. Whilst using warm oil and a variety of pressure and techniques that are concentrating of the chakras of the body it will help to reduce stress, fatigue, eyestrain, increase mental clarity and it will help to relax and rejuvenate. Swedish Massage
Swedish massage goes beyond relaxation. It is the best-known type of massage performed today. The goal of Swedish massage is to relax the entire body. The benefits of this massage are achieved by rubbing the muscles using different techniques such as gliding strokes in the direction of the blood returning back to the heart. Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage except the deeper pressure that is put on the body is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension and lactic acid build up. It focuses on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints.) Bamboo Massage *Signature Treatment
Bamboo massage is 5 times deeper than a Deep Tissue massage. In this massage I use heated Bamboo shoots that are all different shapes and sizes for the specific part of the body. The techniques used are rolling and gliding the bamboo shoots all over the body. This massage is invigorating and promotes circulation, nerve perception and lymphatic drainage as well as providing a sense of deep relaxation and well-being. Aromastone Therapy *Signature Treatment
Hot Stone massage promotes deep relaxation. The heat of the stones pe*****te deep down into the belly of the muscle which will help to break down lactic acid build up and melt away any current tension that you are holding. The stones expand blood vessels and encourages blood flow throughout the body. This massage can relieve chronic pain and reduce stress. Thai Poultice *Signature Treatment
Thai Poultice massage focuses on the body’s pressure points. The poultice is made of herbs and spices that are wrapped in muslin or cotton and then steam-heated. Heating the poultice allows the essential oils and natural aromas of the herbs and spices to be released. The poultice is applied directly onto the body in a kneading technique. It relieves pain and inflammation, as well as stress that accumulates in muscles and joints.
