WAGS Construction is a highly innovative and dedicated enterprise that takes pride in empowering youths. Our services includes:

WAGS Construction was engendered by our Managing Partners in an effort to provide employment opportunities for youths in Resource, Manchester. In addition, this construction enterprise is driven by a team of highly knowledgeable and skilled individuals. For eleven (11) years, between the years of 1997- 2008, our Head contractor has worked for the esteemed Mitchell Elliott & Associates Limited wher

e he garnered extensive experience in; creating conceptual designs for the planning and construction of approved projects, excavation and working on steel and concrete structures, multi- disciplines related to site development and bridges, car parks, reservoirs, loading bays, tanks and guard houses construction and remodeling, high- rise developments and working at bauxite mining and alumina processing plants such as Jamaica Aluminum Company (Jamalco), West Indies Alumina Company (Windalco) and Alumina Partners of Jamaica (Alpart). List of notable construction projects that he worked on while working at Mitchell Elliott & Associates (1997-2008);
• Construction of over- head bridge in Kirkvine
• Construction of over- head bridge in Content
• Construction of over- head bridge in Belfield, Manchester
• Remodeling of Jamaica Standard Product at Williasfield
• Construction of reservoir in St. Jago for Jamaica Aluminum Company (Jamalco)
• Construction of tank base at Port Esquivel
• Repair loading bay at Port Kaiser
• Refurbishment of car park at West Indies Alumina Company (Windalco)
• Building of guard house at West Indies Alumina Company (Windalco)

In addition, while working as a Construction freelancer for the last six (6) years he successfully perfected his previous skills and acquired more invaluable experience in; block laying, steel work, tiling, carpentry, painting, concrete work, excavation digging, building tanks, vaults and tombs and working on bathroom and kitchen fixtures. His experiences in construction have undoubtedly afforded him; the ability to communicate vital information to individuals in an appropriate manner, the ability to manage his time properly and effectively carry out tasks, commendable quantitative skills, good problem solving skills, the ability to successfully minimize waste and maximize time, labor and materials, useful knowledge on environmentally sensitive business practices and international construction and plant safety practices and procedures. We at WAGS Construction are capable of overseeing all aspects of our clients’ project, including; estimating, scheduling, designing, labor and cost control and coordination. Concrete work
