Yay!! Welcome to our 2023 Secret Sister/Brother Gift Exchange!! I hope this finds you happy and healthy.

Here are the instructions:

3) Remove secret sister's name from #1, then move secret sister #2 (that's me) to #1.
4) Add your name and address as #2
5) As people say they want to play, forward this message to them. To do so, copy this, make the address changes, and then paste back into a PRIVATE message (for the first one only). After that, all you have to do is go into messenger, press it and hit forward!

Make sure you are sending them the new message that you created which has your name as #2!

Today The weather is great ( Sunny ) so we've decided to go out on a river adventure at Caymanas River & Park in St Catherine Jamaica.

It's a mineral bath and natural spring.

I'll be going live on my way to the River and also live on location.

Things To Do in Jamaica ( YS Falls )

YS Falls opened in 1992. It is a nature-based attraction offering the opportunity to experience the beauty of the waterfalls surrounded by lush gardens and magnificent trees.

There are seven waterfalls, several which cascade into natural pools. Some areas are fairly rocky and river shoes are recommended.

Lifeguards on site, indicate which areas are for swimming, however, being able to swim is a requirement. There is a natural pool, fed by underground and above ground springs, which is more suitable for children and others unable to swim.
