The eleventh and final day of the round trip has come. One more time it was time to put on our hiking boots again and head to Rasta Fire in the hills of Westmoreland.
3 years ago, when our guests were in Jamaica for the first time, we already visited Fire. And now they wanted to see how he was doing, alone in the jungle with his dogs and cats. He prepared ital food rasta style fresh from the wood fire for us.
On the way we stopped for a refreshing Jelly coconut. After the hike we made the final bar stop with Jamaica vibes by the river with a few Red Strips and in good company.
After this roundtrip there are 2 more days in Negril and 2 days in Montego Bay before the guests gonna return home.

After the exciting day yesterday, our guests spent today, now the tenth day of the round trip in Treasure Beach, chilling on the beach and in the beautiful hotel. Yes, you have to enjoy Treasure Beach, it would be a shame to come there just to stay overnight!

Today, the 9th day of our round trip of Jamaica, things got exciting. We went on a crocodile safari and took a fishing boat across the sea to the Black River to see the crocodiles in the wild. On the way back we stopped at the Pelican Bar. The bar was built on stilts in the middle of the sea. A special place to enjoy a cool Red Stripe to the sounds of reggae.

Today, on the 8th day of the round trip, we are already leaving the capital Kingston. But before we enjoyed culinary delights with lots of fruits in our accommodation. Even the yellow-billed parrot stopped by. This green parrot with a yellow beak is endemic and can only be found here on the island.
On the way to Treasure Beach, we stopped at the road side for a refreshing jelly coconut and at the Lover's Leap lookout point. According to legend, a slave couple jumped to eternity from this cliff.

On the 7th day of our round trip we left Port Antonio today and drove to Kingston on the edge of the foothills of the Blue Mountains. On the way we stopped in Castleton to take a dip in the Wag Water River and look at the palm garden.
In the afternoon we visited the old pirate city of Port Royal. Here the guide at Fort Charles told us many stories from the times of Henry Morgan and Admiral Nelson. The cannons and the tilted Giddy House are silent witnesses to the era of piracy and severe earthquakes. Our guests then mingled with the people of Port Royal. At the village square and the fishing harbor you can be a part of the everyday life.

On the 6th day of our New Year's round trip, we have only beach time on the agenda. But not just any beach! No, one of the most beautiful on the island, Frenchman's Cove. Our guests spend the whole day here. Swim, relax, swing, eat... and process the impressions of the trip so far.

Day 5 of our round trip, still on the east coast of Jamaica, took us to the Rio Grande today, where our guests enjoyed the beautiful bamboo rafting tour. Surrounded by breathtaking nature, they relaxed as they sailed down the river. Back in Port Antonio, we had to treat ourselves with jerk fresh from the grill. We also had festival, plantain and breadfruit. Since the guests felt so comfortable there yesterday, we spent the afternoon again at Winnifred Beach!

In the morning of day 4 of our round trip, our guests climbed the famous Dunn's River Falls. Early in the morning we were among the first visitors and had the waterfalls almost for ourselves alone. Then the journey continued to Port Antonio. Here we visited the marina and the market, where we made the market women happy. Spices and small souvenirs were the result. The day ended at Winnifred Beach with some Red Stripe beers.

On the third day of our first round trip in 2025, we visited the Sunvalley Plantation. Here, our guests learned about tropical plants, spices and fruits and were even allowed to feed the hummingbird. We got samples of fruits and juices, as well as coconut water to taste.
We then spent the afternoon at Rio Nuevo Beach, a public beach with a beach bar, where the locals meet after work and the ice cream man also drops by. Real Jamaica vibes.

On the second day of our New Year's round trip, the day after the arrival, we set off fresh and cheerfully for a hike in the Cockpit Country. We passed the old Long Pond sugar factory and headed for Albert Town.
First, our guests experienced typical Jamaican countryside life on a community walk through Rock Spring. Women wash clothes in the river, men play dominoes in the bar. Then the adventure in the bush began. Our guide explained plants, the typical geology and important significance of the Cockpit Country.
In the hidden cave we learned more about the formation of stalactites and stalagmites. And then we cooled down our feet in the river. We will spend the next two nights in the Geddes Great House, where we will have a fire for a candlelight dinner today. Yes, it gets cold in the mountains of Jamaica in winter! 🔥

Out of the plane and straight into the glowing water! This is how our New Year's round trip began. On our first round trip in 2025 we will take you with us again in pictures! Landing on time with the Condor plane from Frankfurt, our guests jumped into the Luminous Lagoon just a few hours later to experience this fascinating natural wonder for themselves. Unfortunately, it is difficult to capture it on camera, so you will have to come here yourself and experience it live.

Pictures of our team event for our 10th anniversary! We climbed the Benta River Falls together. Team building in the raging waterfall! What a fun in the water. Then we went to Negril for dinner on the beach.
