The Pavilion 🌴 has just purchased 2 BRAND NEW 24-Inch HP Monitors to give our guests everything they need to in style!

Whether you have one person that needs both monitors or 2 people that want an extra monitor, these should help increase capacity for being able to do what you need while you enjoy the Jamaica sun 🌞🕶🇯🇲

These monitors have HDMI and VGA ports, but if you bring down a docking station, it should work with any laptop you have! We also have an HDMI/VGA to USB-C converter.

The last member to introduce on The Pavilion 🌴 Team is our Property Manager !

Shenique has been a part of The Pavilion 🌴 Team since 2017. Whether it is managing any of our renovation projects on the property or helping organize big events like weddings and bachelor / bachelorette parties, Shenique helps us and our guests get the most out of the property.

Shenique has organized countless events for us and helped coordinate projects at the villa, including new speaker installation, upgrading our Wi-Fi system, and protecting the property during inclement weather.

Shenique has been a wonderful addition to The Pavilion 🌴 Team and we are thankful to work with someone as experienced and dedicated as Shenique. Thank you so much Shenique for all that you do to keep The Pavilion 🌴 a magical place for friends & family to gather!!

Give it up for Iona!! Iona has been a part of The Pavilion 🌴 team since 1993! Iona started out doing a little bit of everything around the property before becoming the full time chef in 2002.

Anyone who has been to The Pavilion 🌴 before will tell you there is no better place to dine on the island than at The Pavilion 🌴 with Iona’s cooking! Iona is able to accommodate all allergies (gluten-free, vegetarian, etc.), so guests can always feel comfortable eating anything Iona serves if they have a dietary restriction!

From her classic Jamaican Jerk chicken to her famous chocolate soufflé for dessert, Iona is the difference maker that separates a regular trip to Jamaica from a trip to The Pavilion 🌴

You come to Jamaica for the weather, but you return to Jamaica for Iona’s food 🤤🤤🤤

Say hello to Glenford! Glenford has been a part of Team Pavilion 🌴 for 24 years! Glenford is the machine that keeps every important facet of The Pavilion 🌴 moving! From bringing your bags to your villas upon arrival, to serving every meal, Glenford is there to assist wherever needed.

On top of all of that, no trip to The Pavilion 🌴 is complete without having one of Glenford’s Famous Flaming Coffees after dinner! To see him in action, check out our prior post from February 2020 showing the process to make a flaming coffee!

Glenford has been absolutely fundamental in making The Pavilion 🌴 experience what it is today, and we are so blessed to have him be a part of our team. Thank you Glenford for all of your hard work and dedication to The Pavilion 🌴!

🤝🤝 MEET THE TEAM 🤝🤝

Meet Sandra! Sandra has been with The Pavilion 🌴 Team for 27 years! During her time with us, Sandra has done a little bit of everything, from helping prepare meals, to doing laundry, and even babysitting!

Currently, Sandra is our Chambermaid that takes care of every single bungalow on the property. After breakfast and when the group begins their daily activities, Sandra cleans all of the rooms, makes all beds; and ensures that the bungalow looks absolutely pristine once you return from your morning activities.

During dinner, Sandra comes around to each bungalow once again to turndown all beds and leave a fresh pitcher of water in case you wake up thirsty at night.

But most importantly, Sandra is one of the friendliest people on the island, and brings a smile to all of our repeat guests who know her well. Thank you so much Sandra for all that you’ve done for Team Pavilion 🌴 for 27 years!!

Meet Annette! Annette is what we call “the game changer” - Annette takes the normal vacation experience and makes it better than any other one you’ve been on by providing one major amenity: laundry 🧺!!

Instead of hustling around a hotel to find a coin laundry machine or throwing your dirty clothes in a trash bag to wash when you’re home, Annette takes all the laundry in the bins in each bungalows every morning, washes and dries them, and has the clothes folded back in your room 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙣𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 with a beautiful lavender scent!

You can pack lightly when coming to The Pavilion 🌴 knowing that you will have fresh laundry every day. Thank you so much to Annette for helping make The Pavilion 🌴 experience one of the best in the world !

Juel is a part of Team Pavilion 🌴 and plays the role of Gardener and Groundskeeper. Juel has been with The Pavilion 🌴 since 2012 and has kept the property in fantastic shape each and every year. Not only that, but Juel selflessly offers to help the rest of the team any chance he can and truly is the definition of a “Team Player”.

When you drive through the gates of The Pavilion 🌴, all the beautiful trees, flowers, and landscape you see doesn’t happen naturally; it is all thanks to Juel.

We could not be more thankful to have Juel be a part of Team Pavilion 🌴!

Please meet Rowan! Rowan has been a part of Team Pavilion 🌴 since 2017 and is our private driver. Rowan has a couple of different vans to drive you and your party depending how large the group is, but he always brings his infectious laugh and smile! The best part is when Rowan picks you up at the airport, he always has a cooler filled with beer to make sure you have a proper Jamaican greeting! Rowan works with our guests to be available for all of their needs and offer suggestions for those who want to know more about the island. We are so thankful to have Rowan be on Team Pavilion 🌴!!

The new infinity pool at is absolutely spectacular!

Within 50 yards of each other, there is an ocean, an infinity pool, and a restaurant with some fantastic food! You could spend your entire week within these 50 yards and have the best vacation of your life!

The action got a little intense on the spikeball court in the lawn, so we have to hope for a little more rain coming to The Pavilion 🌴 in the coming weeks 😅

Along with SpikeBall, we have KanJam, Croquet, board games, cards, and more to keep everyone busy during the day! The good thing about The Pavilion 🌴 is that there are plenty of other spaces to make new SpikeBall courts in case you need a new one!

After partnering with Blue Frog] , we have designed a new website that is more interactive, better pictures, and direct access to our calendar. We want to make sure people can easily understand what The Pavilion 🌴 experience truly is and why we provides families and friends with vacations they’ll never forget!

That’s all folks!

We were so sad to leave Jamaica today with such perfect weather, but all good things must come to and end 😕

Jamaica Pro Traveler’s Tip: You MUST book when you are landing in MBJ and departing! If you do it for your arrival, you’ll have a staff member take you through a VERY expedited line to get you through customs. It saved some of us an hour!

On the way out of MBJ, you get access to a VIP Lounge (here in the photos), where you have access to a bar, great food, and plenty of space to read and work.

Wish I took more photos, but got enough hopefully to show you it’s the way to travel! Thanks again and thank you Jamaica for hosting the best Christmas ever! Until next time!!

Iona’s Chocolate Soufflé 🤤🤤

There is always dessert after dinner, and the desserts never miss! The Chocolate Soufflé is certainly a staple, and with a scoop of vanilla ice cream it makes the perfect mix of hot and cold. Can’t have a trip to The Pavilion 🌴 without this Soufflé!! Thank you !

Beautiful couple of days !

As villa members, all guests have access to …we’ve played two rounds the last few days and have had a blast!

has the perfect mix of ocean front holes on the front 9 and a jungle-like atmosphere on the back 9 with beautiful waterfalls. Our caddies Warren and Owen enthusiastically helped us navigate the course and watched as our match went to the final hole!

Thank you for an awesome time and we will see you again soon!

🦞🦞🦞 on the menu tonight!

Iona gets all of the lobsters locally and prepared a feast for our family! All of Iona’s dinners have some variety of “surf and turf”, but this one is always extra special…Iona is the absolute best chef that always has something special up her sleeve. Thank you so much Iona!!
