It was 5 years ago today that 5 big red, fat tire electric bikes were ordered from the US, to start what (to this point) was the biggest step in my life…to start a business in Jamaica 🇯🇲! 🚴🏼‍♂️🚴🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♂️🚴🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♂️

It is with a certain amount of sadness that I’ve made the difficult decision to permanently close Amazing Memories Ebike Tours.

There are a multitude of problems with the bikes from them having been in storage for most of the last 2 years, and the cost to repair or replace them is prohibitive.

I’ve known that this day would come for some time and am still reluctant to make this announcement lol. Part of me doesn’t want it to end.

Having had a small role in introducing guests to some of my favourite people and spots around Negril has been a fantastic experience. Many of those people have become fast friends, and for that I give thanks.

I’ve appreciated your support ❤️ over the years. May you continue to explore the world and enjoy life to the fullest. Respect.

Hey everyone! Just an update to let y’all know that I’ve decided to take a job in Canada that will have me away until fall. I hope to be back up and running (or ebiking as it were haha)at that time! Thanks for your ongoing support and enjoy your summer!

I’m sorry to announce that we’ll be closed for business effective immediately. I have an upcoming surgery scheduled (thankfully nothing life threatening!) that will have me recuperating at home for an expected 6 weeks. Well, it seems like forever since COVID hit, affecting all of our lives! We appreciate all of the love and support from friends and family during that time and pray that your blessings are returned tenfold! ❤️

We’re busy seeing to some maintenance (expecting some parts to arrive this week) and I’m happy and excited to announce that we expect to reopen the week of December 20th!

All COVID protocols will be followed (riding ebikes to see the sights is an excellent way to social distance!) and bikes and equipment are sanitized before each use.

There are all KINDS of caring compassionate people that you run into in life. Some of those very people own and operate T**e N Tour here in Jamaica. Not only do they support locals in need through their own tours, and help Hope For Hunger, Negril with deliveries, but they were the successful bidders for the Amazing Memories Ebike Tour package (including a meal for 2 at Collette's Bar!), in support of the auction that Hope For Hunger, Negril held to raise funds before Christmas.

Big up to Danielle and Bobby for sharing part of their day with us (we had a blast!), but also for helping us help people! Much love and respect!
