Wow I don’t even know where to start. What I wanted more than anything was an authentic food experience and he provided that for us and then some. I work at a 1 michelin star restaurant in NY, the lobster entree they have there does not even come close to the escovitch lobster Richardo prepared for us. Hands down the best lobster I have ever had in my life. Bahia Principe Luxury Resort needs to open a restaurant on the site for him. Until then, do yourself a favor and make a reservation with him. He provides awesome tours too, but we had coupons we had to use up from Jet Blue. Next time I come he will be the first person I hit up to take our vacation to the next level. I wish we had eaten at his restaurant earlier, tomorrow is our last day. But i could not have asked for a better end to an amazing trip. Thank you thank you thank you!
