I am not a fried food person, an occasional fried chicken is something that I have to feel for. However, I wanted to try it once to cross it off my list since I wouldn't go all the way to Monday for it....Well, the eye popping moment was the wedges!

Imagine, the size of each wedge, then the crunch on the outside and the softness on the inside, I was happy...my one suggestion is adding sweet potato fries.

I will talk about the chicken in my upcoming post!
