Inspired by the bright colours of the Santa Cruz Mountains and the Pedro Plains in the back drop, this beach front villa is decorated in a u

nique contemporary style. Magnificent mountain and ocean views can be admired from nearly every room. Overlooking the sparkling ocean is a large private upper deck featuring sun lounge, as well as a pool side patio table to enjoy a relaxing glass of wine with family and friends. We have a large sundeck, with steps down to the beach, which also shady areas for dining and a evening cocktails. �

"We had an incredible stay at Lucy's beachfront villa! The property is lovely with stunning views of the beach and a private pool that made for the perfect family relaxation spot. We're very lucky to be affiliated with Lashings resort, which has a lovely beach club just up the road in Old Wharf. This means you can use their facilities and even get free transport to their restaurant. They also have a gym and juice bar in their property in the hills of Sandy Bank, which is available to our guests. Just ask on booking.

The jolly bus at YS Falls reflects the estate’s equestrian heritage. Racing horses are still bred here and you can see them during your visit. Although at the waterfalls and pools, horseplay isn’t allowed!

Top tip: in the middle of the day wear flip flops or swim shoes on the beach - the sand is scalding hot! And remember to bring them down our steps, or it's another walk all the way back up!

Well this is my favourite way to end the day, don't know about yours! Top tip: it's so hot here that it's best to order your ice in a separate glass, as it melts in your drink way too quickly!

Nothing beats an ice cold beer on a hot day in the tropics. Red Stripe is Jamaica's national drink and most locals actually prefer it "hot" (room temperature). But for us people from "farin" the chilled version is the absolute best.

On the way to Pelican Bar - the world famous pub in the sea! Just 20 minutes from our beach. A boat captain will pick you up and take you on a private trip to the bar and then on to the Black River safari. Be sure to bring cash for cold beers and freshly caught fish...

Or villa has two small friendly dogs, Sugar and Spice, who love to join guests on beach walks. Treasure Beach is a dog loving community, so you are also bound to meet more chummy doggos in restaurants and bars.

Hurricane Beryl

Being right on the sea front, we inevitably got hit by some of the force from Hurricane Beryl, but happily nothing that can’t be repaired. Our friends and neighbours weren’t so lucky, many lost their roofs or have been badly flooded. Poor Zeb our caretaker has lost his home. We are doing everything we can to support the community and will update you shortly on ways to donate, to help get our wonderful Treasure Beach back on its feet again.

Our Story
