You continue to raise the bar in every way and take care of all the special needs of our cyclists. From 3am your chef Orville is ready making breakfast for our guests pre-ride buffet! Kemoya ensures all rooms are assigned correctly. The hotel director Alejandro even helped me lug bicycle cases up the stairs when it got hectic! Then there’s Holly in guest experiences- always ready to sort any special needs. Kale at front desk too. The absolute gem is the new deputy director Carlos who was always checking in with us, always available and who made our groups a top priority. First class attention to every single detail! Carlos2 in sales is always supportive of our early booking promos and rates. I could go on and on. This resort treats our guests and our team like no other and we are so grateful for this incredible partnership! The resort delivered in every aspect: great food, great entertainment , amazing views, fantastic service! We appreciate your hard work!! We love you Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay
