From 2021 until 2025, this project will help us improve our business practices, be exposed to the European market, and support us in becoming a .

It focuses on a young Bedouin boy, Theeb, who must survive in the wide-open Wadi Rum desert. Who doesn’t like Mansaf Our Cultural Attache, who is departing Jordan, carried Karaki jameed back to his home state of Utah and made mansaf with 4 generations of his family, from his grandmother down to her great grandson. Eating mansaf with their hands was a unique experience they loved and will never forget
