Box Park, located at the old Doha Port, Qatar. Made of colorful recycled containers the redevelopment project at Doha port is filled with recycled shipping containers painted in bright colors. Most of the containers are allocated for commercial and retail spaces.

MORIA was responsible to generate BIM Models LOD350 up to LOD 500 for all disciplines and infrastructure in addition to Asset Management Documents.

BIM, is not the future ... BIM is the PRESENT!

According to the UN, by 2050 the world's population will be 9.7 billion. The global AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry must look to smarter, more efficient ways to design and build not just as a means to keep up with global demand but to help create spaces that are smarter and more resilient too.

BIM not only allows design and construction teams to work more efficiently, but it allows them to capture the data they create during the process to benefit operations and maintenance activities. This is why BIM mandates are increasing across the globe.

With BIM technology, an accurate basic model of a building is digitally constructed. This model, known as a building information model, can be used for the planning, design, construction, and operation of the project.

We proudly announced this honorable achievement, that we were a part of this project as a BIM Consultant under the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy and .

Dar Team was a and reviewer by implementing the following engineering stages:

1- The functional concept, workable development design, and efficient working drawing. (Dar – GHD – MORIA Consulting Engineers)

2- Coordinated and dynamic shop drawings, accurate supplier's details reflecting, As-Built drawing, and facility management
(FM) Documentation. (Dar – Al Jaber Trading & Contracting Co. - MORIA Consulting Engineers)

MORIA Consulting Engineers' (full four company – , , , ) main responsibility in the GTP project was accurately achieving BIM Level of Development ( ) 350, 400, and 500.

This project was one of our greatest professional achievements, where successfully implementing international BIM standards, maintaining and to accurate , following up with the site team with coordinated , documenting the As-built Model, and extracting sheets.
