Jordan Diving Center

Jordan Diving Center was opened in April 2010 by Nabeel Aqbarawi. Nabeel is a PADI Course Director and has been in the diving business for nearly 20 years, previously managing another dive center in Aqaba. We are located right in the center of Aqaba town, very close to all of the big hotels, making booking with us quick and easy! All of Aqaba's best diving locations are just 15 minutes drive from

us. Here at Jordan Diving Center, excellent customer service and safety are our top priority. Our professional, friendly team will ensure that every customer has a great experience with us that is personalised just for their individual needs and preferences. With us you can experience diving for the first time, become a certified diver qualified to dive anywhere in the world, take your existing diving qualifications further, or stay on the surface snorkeling! We offer daily diving and snorkeling trips from the shore, and can arrange trips from the boat if you would prefer. For snorkelers we have a 55ft two level glass bottom boat running daily trips along the coast of Aqaba. After drifting slowly over some of Aqaba's best coral pinnacles, the boat will stop at Japanese Gardens - Aqaba's famous coral reef - giving you time to explore things a bit closer with your mask and snorkel! After approximately 20 minutes of cruising down Aqaba's coastline you will visit our best diving sites. Our diving boat offers a nice, relaxing day for any non-divers as well, with snorkeling kits available, or maybe you would prefer to stay dry and work on your tan on the top deck...whatever you prefer, it's a perfect day out. On any of our boat trips you will have an excellent barbequed lunch of meat kebabs, fish and salads - what better ending to your day! With Nabeel's business in Aqaba going so well, he is expanding! He's currently in the process of opening a new dive center in Egypt, located at the Radisson Hotel, Taba. Just a few finishing touches and it should be opening shortly! Nabeel also has yet another project underway with a diving resort being built on the south beach of Aqaba. This is still a few months away, but the finished product will offer an excellent day out for the family. Diving and snorkeling from our house reef, a private beach full of sunbeds, three heated swimmings pools for divers, swimmers and children, plus a choice of restaurants.
