The event was organized by the Pioneers Association for Astronomical Tourism and the Arab Union for Astronomy and Space Sciences, with support and sponsorship from the Petra Development and Tourism Region Authority.

Some of the major events and prizes for camel racing are the Camel Cup in Australia, the Al Marmoom Heritage Festival in Dubai, and the King Abdulaziz Camel Festival in Saudi Arabia. 💰

The Camel Cup: held in Alice Springs, Australia, with a prize purse of around $30,000 AUD2
The Al Marmoom Heritage Festival: held in Dubai, UAE, with a prize money of over $9 million USD3
The King Abdulaziz Camel Festival: held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a prize fund of more than $31 million USD.

🔴 Neturei Karta is an ultra-Orthodox Jewish group that opposes the existence of the State of Israel on religious grounds. The name Neturei Karta means "Guardians of the City" in Aramaic, and the group sees itself as defenders of the traditional Jewish way of life, as well as of the Palestinian people and their rights.

Neturei Karta members believe that the establishment of the State of Israel is a violation of Jewish law, as the Torah teaches that the Jewish people should not attempt to establish their own state until the Messiah arrives. They also believe that the State of Israel has caused much suffering for both Jews and non-Jews in the region, and that it has caused a spiritual and moral decline among the Jewish people.

Neturei Karta has been involved in various forms of activism and protests against the State of Israel. They have participated in demonstrations alongside Palestinian groups and have even met with leaders of countries that are hostile to Israel, such as Iran.

It is important to note that while Neturei Karta is a vocal and visible group, their views are not representative of all Jews or even all ultra-Orthodox Jews. The Jewish community is diverse and complex, and there are many different opinions and perspectives on the conflict between Israel and Palestine.
