The dark canal trail - Petra
2000 years old monument with
88 meters long, totally carved out of the rocks done by the Nabateans. This water method played a significant rule as water diversion system, to take advantage of floods and to protect the people who are passing through the narrow main entrance -The Siq- .
Enjoyable 2 hours walking through the gorgeous natural formations & the colored sand stone with beautiful carvings along the trail.
