This face group was established as recognition for the significant role that the concierges play in developing the tourism sector in Jordan. It aims at gathering all sincere efforts, experiences and passion of all concierges towards this job. We believe that we have a national responsibility to introduce Jordan and Jordanians and their rich cultural h

eritage values through out history. We are highly honored to provide our guests with highly specialized services meant to improve their experiences at and outside hotels or airports by providing them with information and recommendation, advice about locations and services. This group will have the following mission:
Establish and polarize an independent identity for Jordanian concierges. Razing public awareness in tourism sector for the indispensable role that the concierges play. Razing concierges’ pride and high commitment that will help them one day to establish our entity. Gather all specialized tourism sector concierges in Jordan in one entity so as to lead and promote the positive attitudes and practices. Gather all concierges’ efforts, experiences and initiatives and sharing them among all colleagues. Sharing the daily accurate information needed for concierges’ work which is helping us and the tourism sector in general. Give an equal chance for every concierge to feed in and share his/her knowledge, experience and skills that will be an added value in the tourism sector.
