According the nabataea.net the scholars state the earliest known representation of the camel dates back to the Stone Age. This is found in two carvings in a place called Kilwa in Jabal Tubayq on the eastern boarder of Jordan.
In one of the inscriptions the camel appears clearly in the background behind an ibex, and is of the same single hu**ed variety known today as the Arabian camel. (Hitti, History of Syria, page 52)

The layers of sand deposits and the accumulation of shells and skeletons of marine organisms formed limestone.
Iron oxides play an important role in creating this rare amazing pink color!
