Known as yatai, these are small portable eateries where you can sit and eat surrounded by people from all walks of life. This is also a unique experience for you to interact with locals and try a variety of Japanese dishes.
There are many yatai around the city, but there are two hot spots that we recommend: Tenjin and Nakasu.
