Hakuba Snow Tours Hakuba Snow Tours is based out of their home lodge 'The Ranch', a ski in/ ski out chalet located between Cortina and Norikura resorts in the Hakuba Valley

Based out of our home lodge 'The Ranch' - the first chairlift is within 20m of the front door, the second chairlift within 50m. These give you access to both Cortina and Norikura, the former commonly agreed to as the best powder mountain in the Valley. After a long day of shredding the pow, relax in the bar and billiards room. Take a seat next to the fire place and catch up on the day’s footage wi

th a cold beverage in hand served by our friendly staff. Wifi, plenty of space in storage rooms and use of basic kitchen facilities is available. All Western Style rooms – no bunks, no 10 person share rooms. Everyone gets a comfy bed! We are able to organise rental gear and lessons, and other winter activities such as snowshoeing, onsens or a trip to see the Snow Monkeys.

A quick message from our favourite skier, Arnie:

Japan has eased travel restrictions however it still isn’t the same as pre covid! 😠

What we know as it currently stands:

* You can travel to Japan this 2022/23 winter, HOWEVER:
* You’ll need an itinerary of your holiday & VISA put together by a JAPANESE travel agent.
* We have partnered with a JAPANESE travel agent here in Japan to sort you an itinerary (this is needed in order to get you a tourist visa)

Travel to Japan is still NOT back to normal, but if you’re really keen for that Hakuba trip it can be sorted!

Our Story

After a long day of shredding the pow, relax in the bar and billiards room. Take a seat next to the fire place and catch up on the day’s footage with a cold beverage in hand served by our friendly staff. Wifi, plenty of space in storage rooms and use of basic kitchen facilities is available. A Japanese restaurant is located inside of the accommodation. All Western Style rooms – no bunks, no 10 person share rooms. Everyone gets a comfy bed! We are able to organise rental gear and lessons, and other winter activities such as snowshoeing, onsens or a trip to see the Snow Monkeys.
