【京都・南区 atelier 京ばあむ】
昨年11月、京都・十条に「atelier 京ばあむ」がオープン。
見て・学んで・味わえるお菓子のミュージアムなんですが、ここはなんと入場無料…！
駐車場完備で車でアクセスしやすく、キッズチェアや授乳室もありファミリーで訪れたい新名所です。
全長8mの大きなトチの木が出迎えてくれる1階には、お菓子づくり工房とショップが入っています。atelier京ばあむ限定のお菓子やオリジナルグッズが買えるほか、パティシエが手がける洋生菓子も販売されており、いろんな京ばあむに目移りしてしまいます！
2階には京ばあむの製造工程が見学できるエリアが広がっています。よくできているなぁとスムーズな製造ラインに見惚れていたら、そろそろ京ばあむが食べたくなってくるはずです。
そんなあなたには3階のカフェがおすすめ。ここだから味わえる出来立てのふわふわ京ばあむや甘すぎず程よい抹茶ラテなどがいただけます。
また、建物内には京ばあむを模した可愛らしい”丸”モチーフが至る所に散りばめられ、木のあたたかみとグリーンを基調とした空間が落ち着いた雰囲気を醸し出しています。ゆっくりとスイーツが楽しめる空間は、まさに日々の疲れを癒すのにぴったりな場所です。
天候問わず遊びに行けるのも魅力！ぜひ週末のお出かけスポットとして訪れてみてはいかがでしょう。

Last November, "atelier Kyobaum" opened in Jujo, Kyoto.
It is a museum of confectionaries where visitors can see, learn, and taste, and admission is free!
It is easily accessible by car with a parking lot, and with kids' chairs and a nursing room, it is a new place to visit with the whole family.
On the first floor, where a large 8-meter-long horse chestnut tree welcomes visitors, there is a confectionery workshop and a store where visitors can buy sweets and original goods only available at the atelier Kyobaum, as well as Western-style sweets made by patissiers!
On the second floor, there is an area where visitors can observe the production process of Kyo-baum. After admiring the smooth production line, you will want to try some Kyobaum.
We recommend the café on the third floor. You can enjoy freshly made, fluffy Kyobaum and a green tea latte that is just the perfect amount of sweetness.
The building is decorated with cute "circle" motifs that resemble kyobaum, and the warmth of the wood and the green color tone of the space create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy sweets after a hard day's work.
The attractiveness of atelier Kyobaum is that you can go there regardless of the weather. Why not visit as a weekend getaway spot 😊
