This sign made at the Harigane Metalwork company here in Yosano-cho, Kyoto-fu.
Special thank you goes out to our neighborhood Honda Cub friend, Matsui-san and shop Harigane shop owner, Toyoshima-san. This is made on a silk pattern machine BUT is woven with metal! Très cool!

この看板は、京都府与謝野町にあるハリガネ金属加工会社で作られました。
近所のホンダカブの友人である松井さんと、ハリガネショップのオーナーであるトヨシマさんに大変お世話になりました。これは絹の型紙で作られていますが、金属で織られています！かっこいい！

2020.07.29 I fed a few gorgeous cows today in Yosano. So gentle and kind. This farm is a comfortable, quiet place for them to spend their life. I wonder if they understand and consent to their purpose on this field. I know other farms do not offer this environment. send my respect to the kind farmers and to the souls of these creatures every time I eat beef.

2020.06.01 While my wife Junko is working in our garden and my son Eito is in his room attending his on-line school, I am am in the gentle hill of Yosano fetching fresh water from a temple. I rest in the shade after a heavy haul parked along the Scottish thistle.

2029.03.15...SKÜTOURIST took a late night scooter run out to Tango-Amanohashidate-Oeyama last night. From 08:00 to noon we joined others from Osaka, Yosano and the local folks to clean the beach. Literally a tonne of litter, but looking good for summer visits. Gorgeous clean ocean!
