❄️🏮Hirosaki Snow Lantern Festival🏮❄️

✨Date: ‪February 8th✨‬ON SALE NOW

❄️Making the best of the truckloads of snow that cover Hirosaki each winter, the Hirosaki Castle Snow Lantern Festival surrounds the quaint little castle with approximately 200 snow lanterns along with numerous kamakura (small igloos) and snow sculptures.
During the day there are concerts and performances. There’s even a giant snow slide for the kids.❄️

❄️Hakkoda Snow Monster Tour❄️ ON SALE NOW!!

❄️Date:‪ Jan 25, 2025 (Saturday)

❄️Take a ride on the Hakkoda ropeway and take in the breathtaking panorama views of the hills that are covered in snow. The soft rime (snow monsters) is a natural ice feature that is formed when the moisture of a thick fog instantly freezes on trees. Though thought to be common, this unique phenomenon can only be seen in Japan and few other countries. This is truly an unique experience. After you walk among the snow monsters you will visit ASPAM in downtown Aomori (a triangle-shaped building after the image of the letter “A” from “Aomori”)❄️
