While heading to the Shimokita region, we will first stop by YuSui Tei, a tofu shop that makes delicious okara (bean curd) donuts!!! We will learn the process of making Keiran which are mochi rice cakes filled with sweet red bean jam and are normally served in a salty broth soup. This soft rice cake soup is one of Aomori Prefecture's specialties. We will also stop by a local candy store, Nakano Shoten, and a local farm shop, Bon Serve, for some fresh soft serve ice cream and Anko donuts called "Fry Ball".

❄️Hakkoda Snow Monster Tour❄️ ON SALE NOW!!
