The admission fee is 310 yen. The garden opens at 3pm, while the illumination begins at 6pm.
If you arrive earlier than 6pm, you can probably have a meal as there is a small eatery that opens at 5pm.
You can also look at the souvenir shops which offer some gardening related items.
There is also an arts and crafts area for children to create a styrofoam snowman (payable at 500 yen).
You can take bus 18 to Florante Miyazaki from Miyazaki Station. The bus journey lasts 25 minutes and costs 510 yen. There is also a return bus to Miyazaki Station. You can consider buying a 500 yen whole day bus pass from the Miyazaki Station Information Centre beforehand, but take note that this bus pass is only available to non-Japanese tourists and you have to show your passports as proof. 🚎

Ebino is very famous for 100% natural hot springs. I have tried a new hot spring today (Kakuto hot spring). ♨
Colorless and transparent, with a slightly warm source temperature.
There are two bathtubs,
You can enjoy hot springs at different temperatures.
There are many cherry blossom trees surrounded by the hot spring, so I think the best time to visit is between February and April. 🌸
(Adult : 350¥ & kid : 130¥).
Opening time (8:00~10:00 & 15:00~22:00).

This park has a wonderful wide panorama of the Pacific Ocean and full reproductions of the Easter Island Moai statues scattered around.
Here is the only place in the world where restoration of these Moai statues has been permitted.
There are also dining facilities and a guest ranch.
It takes 1hr 20mins from Miyazaki station & 1hr from Miyako city by bus. 🚍

Japanese historians say that Japan's first emperor, Emperor Jimmu, used Mimitsu as his port of embarkation when he set off for Nara to unify the nation. Until the Taisho period in the early 1900s, when railways became the main form of transport, Mimitsu was a thriving, bustling port city.
Mimitsu is a quaint old town that has preserved its original state, and in 2007 was voted in the Top 100 Japanese historical towns. Since then, the town has undergone a kind of renaissance.
The Mimitsu area has preserved the historical appearance of the late Edo period when shipping agencies lined the streets. This port town was designated as an Important Preservation District for Groups of Historic Buildings in Japan. Its renovated old Japanese houses, which are now used as museums and cafes, stand as a reminder of its prosperous days.. 💙

This spot, named Kurusu-no-Umi (the sea cross), features a unique rock formation that has effected the appearance of a water cross.💦
Additionally, as the cross shaped component forms part of the Chinese character for “a dream coming true”.🙏🏼
this location is associated with good luck. 🤞🏻
There are also bells where wishes come true, so if you ring it, good things may happen. 💎

Umagase is a cape that juts out into the Pacific Ocean. The coastline here is a ria coastline, marked by intricate waterways sandwiched between cliffs. The cliffs here are 70m high and the waves’ splashing against them is an enchanting sight. The bare rock faces of the cliffs have given way to columnar joints, which are formed when magma from a volcanic eruption cools and hardens. The source of the name "Umagase" is thought to come from the fact that the rocks here are similar in color to horses. Thus the name for the place became similar to "Uma-no-senaka" (horse’s back) (the word "uma" means horse in Japanese). 🐴
Access : From JR Hyuga Station you can walk 3 minutes to the Miyako-machi bus stop, and from that bus stop you can get on a Miyazaki Kotsu Bus headed for Higashi-hososhima. Ride the bus to the final bus stop and from there it is a 25 minute walk to Umagase.
