Join us for the “Yukisarashi" (snow-bleaching) - a crucial step in making Kanzuri, Myoko's famous spicy condiment!
This unique process of laying chili peppers in snow is an essential part of creating Kanzuri's distinct flavor. Don't miss this chance to witness one of Myoko's most distinctive winter traditions! Everyone is welcome to attend!

☀️ Great weather yesterday! Cleared a massive 1.5m of snow off the roof... and there's MORE on the way! Never had to do this so early in the season before - the snowfall this year is absolutely wild!
☀️ 昨日は最高の天気！屋根から1.5メートルもの雪を片付けました...そしてまだ雪が降りそう！シーズン序盤でこんなに除雪するなんて初めて - 今年の雪は本当にすごいことになってます！
