White eggplant at Orataru

こんにちは、おらたるです✨

今日も山の野菜がたくさん入荷しました。その中から今日は「白ナス」を紹介します！

さわった感じは黒いナスよりも柔らかい感触です。（皮は普通のナスより固いらしいです）焼いたり揚げたり、蒸したり熱を加えることにより白ナスの食感を楽しめるそうです。

切ったままにしておくと変色しやすいため、切った後はすぐに塩水につけておいておくとよいみたいですね。
