Exactly 10 years ago today I created this page and worked in this company and the rest was history 🤩 . grabe kapaspas sa panahon, Glory to God! always thankful to everyone who has supported me all the way from the start, from zero to having served a thousand more clients for the past 10years!

PASSENGER REMINDERS - PEAK HOLIDAY SEASON 2024

We expect a high volume of passengers to travel on our domestic and international flights during the Christmas and New Year peak holiday rush.

For your travel convenience, we highly encourage you to:

· Allocate extra time in going to the airport. Ensure that you will make it in time for your flight, particularly when flying out of Manila or other major airports in the Philippines where heavy traffic is expected. Plan to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before your domestic flight; or at least 4 hours before your international flight.

· Check before you fly. Please check your updated flight status and terminal assignment before heading to the airport by visiting www.philippineairlines.com, clicking the Flight Status Tab in the PAL website.

· Skip the lines. Check-in online via www.philippineairlines.com or your mobile app within 24 hours up to one hour before your flight.

· Stay within your free baggage allowance. Ensure that your bags are within the allowable free check-in baggage weight as indicated on your ticket.

· Check your travel documents. Ensure the completeness and validity of all travel documents.

For International trips:

1. Passport should be valid at least 6 months from your date of travel
2. The name on your ticket must be exactly the same as the name reflected in your passport
3. Ensure that you have required visas, permits, vaccination card (if appropriate) and other documents required for your destination

For Domestic trips:

1. Bring your valid government, school, or company-issued ID
2. Ensure that the name on your ticket is exactly the same as the name reflected in the ID presented upon check-in and boarding

· Register for E-Travel. International travelers are also required to fill out the E-Travel Registration, as mandated by the Philippine authorities.

· Check your terminal assignments. In Manila, PAL domestic flights depart from NAIA Terminal 2, while PAL international flights depart from NAIA Terminal 1.

Cebu Pacific now flies direct from Cebu to Osaka, Japan!

Cebu's only direct connection to Osaka, Japan via Kansai Airport took off Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 2:25 a.m. with a water cannon salute.

This was announced by the Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA) in a Facebook post Tuesday, saying the flights are available 4 times weekly.

Travel Reminders

At Cebu Pacific, we aim to make every Juan’s travel experience a memorable one. To ensure that our passengers have a smooth and enjoyable flight, here are a few travel reminders:

Be at the airport on time

Cebu Pacific and Cebgo passengers must allot time for traffic going to the airport. Passengers must be at the airport at least two (2) hours before departure for domestic flights, and three (3) hours for international flights. Passengers traveling to Dubai can check in as early as seven (7) hours before departure.

Check in online

Long lines may be avoided at the airport by checking in via the official CEB mobile app or via the Manage Booking section of the CEB website. Both options are available from 48 hours up to one (1) hour before scheduled time of departure for domestic flights, and up to two (2) hours before scheduled departure for international fliers.

Passengers on domestic flights who checked in online and do not have checked baggage may enter through Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 Gate 1 and go straight to the boarding gates. They only need to show their digital boarding pass to enter.

Passengers boarding international flights from the Philippines are advised to have their boarding passes printed to ensure a smooth immigration process.

Passengers departing for countries requiring a visa must personally report to the check-in and baggage drop counters to have the applicable visa and travel documents checked.

Check flight information, closing times

Check-in counters close 45 minutes before the scheduled time of departure for domestic flights and one (1) hour for international flights to ensure there is ample time for all necessary pre-flight procedures. Passengers who arrive after the check-in counters close will no longer be allowed to board their flights.

After checking in, passengers are encouraged to immediately go through immigration and final security to avoid delays. Boarding commences 45 minutes before the scheduled departure.

Accomplish eTravel Forms

For a smooth experience at the immigration counters, passengers traveling internationally are encouraged to register or update their eTravel forms within 72 hours or three (3) days before departure from and arrival to the Philippines, then save the QR code generated at the end of the form.

For round-trip international flights, passengers are required to complete the eTravel form twice --- once for the departure flight, and again for the arrival flight.

eTravel forms can be accomplished by accessing www.etravel.gov.ph.

Pack your bags accordingly

Passengers may board the flight with one (1) carry-on bag that fits in the overhead bin and one (1) personal item like a purse, small backpack, or laptop bag that fits under the seat in front. Both bags must not exceed 7kg in weight. Bags that are not within the allowable size or weight will be intercepted and charged at the boarding gate.

Checked baggage policy

Passengers are encouraged to purchase prepaid baggage online via the CEB website or mobile app to save on fees. CEB has recently enhanced its baggage policy where passengers may now avail up to three (3) pieces of 20kg baggage.

For every piece of baggage purchased, passengers may also add an extra 4kg, 8kg, or 12kg weight allowance on top of the initial 20kg.

Passengers can save on fees if they pre-purchase baggage allowance or extra bags online, which is up to 4x cheaper than airport charges.

Customers may buy the prepaid bags as they book their flights or add additional baggage allowance via the Manage Booking portal of the CEB website or mobile app using their MyCebuPacific accounts up to two (2) hours before departure.

Self-tag luggage for select domestic destinations

Guests flying out of select domestic destinations (Manila, Davao, Clark, Cagayan de Oro, General Santos, Bohol, Iloilo, Siargao, and Zamboanga) are reminded to self-tag their check-in luggage at the designated kiosks at the airport, prior to proceeding to counters for bag drops.

Check the airport terminal assignment of your flight

Passengers must check their itineraries and boarding passes before proceeding to their designated airport terminal. Cebu Pacific’s 5J flights arrive at and depart from the NAIA Terminal 3, while Cebgo (DG) flights to and from Manila operate from the NAIA Terminal 4 at Domestic Road, Pasay City.
