“We spent a really wonderful time with Tetsuji during this one-day hiking tour. He picked us in the lobby of the hotel and guided us very efficiently all day long (peace of mind for the whole family). He gave us all sorts of explanations during the hike and answered all of our questions (and we had a lot) about the place but also Japanese culture and traditions. Having with us someone this knowledgeable, kind and professional made this day very special and one of the best moment (if not the best) of our stay in Japan. “This was our second tour with Min. All of us were excited to see her again, especially my daughters! Min guided us through the shrines of Ueno area, paddle boating on the lake, and the street markets. When we didn’t find food my teenage daughters were wanting to eat, she took us to Harajuku. She suggested a food hall perfect for teenagers. We then went through Harajuku stopping at various shops throughout the district. She is very personable, to the extent that my daughters talked to her throughout our time with her.”

“Noriko is very professional, well-educated and sociable. Great conversations from the beginning of the tour, to the end! My first time coming to Okinawa, and only thought it was tropical Japan. Noriko explained and showed me how special and unique Okinawan history can be. From 1429 to WW2 battles and occupation era. Very happy to have her guide me. It was a great day!”

Greetings from ! This Wednesday, is hanging out in the with expert Ana I. who took traveler Veronique M. and her team of six through Kyoto’s highlights on an unforgettable, “Amazing day trip”.

“Our group of six people had only one day in Kyoto, and Ana was incredible with us. We saw everything we wanted to see during the day (Kinkaku-ji, Nijo, Nishiki market, Gion, Kiyomizu-dera) but not in a hurry. We had a perfect time at every place. She is really efficient and has a friendly approach. She planned for metro, bus, taxi and walking in the itinerary. She was also giving us some historical and living facts about Kyoto and answering all of our questions. Furthermore, she helped with for the last taxi because we wanted to finish our day to Fushimi Inari at night. The perfect day! I strongly recommend her.”

Happy ! There’s no better way to get into some than with a quick trip to with local guide and nature lover Cathy Z. She shared her favorite sites, like the and the with traveler Yuri K.

“My wife & I made a short stop in Beijing before boarding a cruise in Port of Tianjin. We only had a one full day in Beijing and decided to get help from a guide. Luckily, we found Cathy, a knowledgeable and charming young woman. Because we had a limited time, she arranged a private car for our tour to visit two of the best Beijing attraction, forbidden city and Great Wall. We started with the Forbidden City. Cathy pre-arranged tickets for us so we did not waste any time… Cathy always found a great place for a view. She shared with us a lot of historical and cultural facts and emphasize interesting architectural details. After Forbidden City, we left for Great Wall, Mutianyu. Everything was pre-arranged. We walked with her on the Great Wall to enjoy the view of the wall and surrounding mountains. On our way back to Beijing we stopped for a late lunch also pre-arranged by Cathy at an authentic restaurant, and one more thing, her English is perfect”

Where in the world is today? We’re in , France, relaxing along the green landscapes and lavender hills of with local foodie and expert tour guide Nathalie S. She took traveler Peter B. on a tour of Luberon’s charming villages and more, making for a “Great guide, great tour” experience enjoyed by all!

“We had a wonderful all-day private tour of Luberon villages with Nathalie. We collaborated on the planning: we told her our priorities, which she made sure were met, and she planned the rest. We made adjustments as we went - she was helpful and very accommodating. She reserved lunch for us at a superb restaurant with a lovely view and met us afterward. She was also patient and flexible while I debated making a purchase (which I did). She met us at our Airbnb in a very comfortable vehicle. Nathalie felt like a friend from the outset, personable, warm and funny. Her knowledge of the area was so helpful and her driving was very good. It was very nice not to worry about driving or parking. It was a full and truly satisfying day!!”

“What a great morning, spending time with Christian at some of Gaudi's buildings. Christian gave us so much insight into the design and meaning of the buildings that make them so much more interesting. He also highlighted buildings created by some other architects that were even more beautiful than some of Gaudi's. We ended up at the concert hall, where we had a fantastic lunch.”

Happy ! Which is basically , so It’s time to get up close and personal with ’s hidden gems. That’s why we’re in with local lover, and expert tour guide Hitomi A. She took traveler Simon F. and his travel team on a journey that was “Simply Brilliant!”

“Right from the outset, Hitomi was a joy to deal with. She was responsive to our communications and interested in our needs on the day. Hitomi put together a perfect itinerary for us and was really fun to be with all day, providing a fascinating local perspective. We loved the ferry ride to Mount Sakurajima, its foot baths and observatory, as well as the Sengam-en Feudal Lord villa. However, the real highlight was lunch in an amazing restaurant, cooking our wagyu beef on the integrated table barbecue. What an experience! We’d highly recommend Hitomi to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!!”

Where in the world is today? We’re in the enchanting city of ! Looking for some insight into the mysterious ? Tag along with local expert guide Abdellatif E. on a tour. He shared his knowledge of within the Medina with traveler Kerry J. on a “Fantastic tour of hidden places in Marrakesh”

“I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Medina of Marrakesh. There are so many hidden places that you would just walk by and not understand what they are. Abdellatif’s tour shows you hidden places and explains the history of the Medina, which is currently disappearing under our noses. Every year that goes by, it becomes more and more difficult to save these historical places within the Medina and by having a walking tour with Abdellatif I really could understand the history, and set up of the entire Medina in a way I never could have without his expertise. It was amazing to walk around and see all the tourists just walking by places, or shopping in cute shops, not knowing the real history of the places. Very worthwhile if you want to understand, this very special place. Abdellatif was very professional. He arrived early and was very kind and generous with his information. I would highly recommend him to anybody.”

“My wife and I had the pleasure of exploring , , , N-Seoul Tower, and parts of with Paul, and we had an incredible time! Paul's knowledge of Korean history, specifically the Confucian influence in architecture, government, and, well, all walks of life within both the modern Korean life and the was amazing context for our traveling. Sure, we could've wandered around Gyeongbokgung palace by ourselves or listened in on some of the wandering tour guides (who Paul was able to correct a few times), but having a private, guided tour around some of Seoul's most beautiful locals was worth the time and money. I'd definitely recommend seeing if Paul can help you enjoy Korea on your next visit!”

Where in the world is this ? We’re in , taking in the sights & sounds of this city with local resident and expert tour guide Kazumi M. She shared her love of the city of water with traveler Katie D. and her family, who enjoyed delicious food and fascinating sites.

“Kazumi is an outstanding, thoughtful guide. Kazumi took my husband, our cousin and myself through Peace Park, the Atomic bomb dome and museum. As she was born and grew up in the area, she spoke with great knowledge. She interspersed the history with personal stories she had gathered from the people she had met that had been affected and forever changed by the bombing of Hiroshima. It was a deeply moving experience and Kazumi gave us time to reflect on what we had seen and answered our many questions. She also explained some of the cultural nuances we had seen on our trip, which was incredibly insightful. She then took us to a delicious restaurant for lunch. I highly recommend Kazumi as a guide. She’s wonderful!”

“Where to begin! Starting from the planning of the tour, Yuriko was patient and understanding with the absurd amount of suggestions I made for our full day tours in Kyoto and Osaka. Our family was a huge group - 12 people - so we are extremely appreciative of Yuriko and her willingness to accommodate to every single one of us! As for the tour days, Yuriko was punctual and brought a bag full of information/notes she has on the sites we had planned to visit. You can immediately tell Yuriko takes pride in her work... Yuriko gave activities for the children to make the site visits much more fun & interesting! Yuriko's friendly nature made it easy for us to converse, she talked to us about everything we could think of, from her hometown, food, traditional clothing and even her family! At the end, Yuriko surprised us with souvenirs made personally by her family, which we all cherish dearly. Overall, Yuriko is an exceptional tour guide and is even better to know personally. Her fluent English along with her dedicated work ethic make her one of the best tour guides I've ever had. I highly recommend her to everyone!!”

“Abdallah was such a great host for us! He accommodated our large group with a luxury van, kept us ahead of the crowds and shared so much history and knowledge about Casablanca and Morocco. We enjoyed each stop, with Hassan II being the highlight. It was beautiful and we learned so much. He helped us shop, made an amazing lunch recommendation for authentic Moroccan food.
