He picked us in the lobby of the hotel and guided us very efficiently all day long (peace of mind for the whole family). He gave us all sorts of explanations during the hike and answered all of our questions (and we had a lot) about the place but also Japanese culture and traditions. Having with us someone this knowledgeable, kind and professional made this day very special and one of the best moment (if not the best) of our stay in Japan. “This was our second tour with Min. All of us were excited to see her again, especially my daughters! Min guided us through the shrines of Ueno area, paddle boating on the lake, and the street markets. When we didn’t find food my teenage daughters were wanting to eat, she took us to Harajuku. She suggested a food hall perfect for teenagers. We then went through Harajuku stopping at various shops throughout the district. She is very personable, to the extent that my daughters talked to her throughout our time with her.”
