Special tour days 9th,10th January, Hi, everyone, Tomorrow, we have a special guest chef on our tour, We still have few seats so far.
Mr. Shingo Inoue
He is my friend, works at Atlantic city Hotel “Hard rock caffe” restaurant “ Kuro” as a Sushi master manager.
He has been working over 30years for Sushi chef at US big hotels and famous Japanese restaurants.
He is coming back to Japan once a year of every January and only couple of days helping my tour and restaurant making authentic Sushi use perches fish from Toyosu market.
He will be joining us as a guest chef on our tour tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.
